1. Eligibility: The Sprite Squad: Instant Win Game (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of 50 U.S. and D.C. (“Eligibility Area”) who possess a web-enabled mobile device as of April 13, 2025, who are 13 years of age or older as of date of game play (“Entrant”). Each Entrant must also have a Coca‑Cola account (each an “Account”) at the time of game play. If Entrant is a minor, they should consult with their parent or legal guardian for any additional restrictions required for usage and must have parental permission to enter. Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law. Employees of The Coca‑Cola Company (the “Sponsor”), Coca‑Cola bottlers, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), WPP plc, and their respective subsidiaries, parent, divisions, franchisees, promotional partners, agencies, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Promotion Parties”) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate or win/receive a prize. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s (and their parent’s/legal guardian’s if a minor) full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.
2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 10:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 14, 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on December 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
3. How to Enter: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. During the Promotion Period, you can text the word "THIRST" to 2653 to receive a link to the Promotion Website (the “Website”). Follow the links and instructions to log into or create your Account. Once logged in, you will be prompted to complete a registration form and participate in the on-screen game (“Website Daily Game Play”). Once the Daily Game Play is completed, you will either receive a win message or a lose message.
Sponsor cannot guarantee this Promotion reply/link will be available via all wireless service providers. Text messaging is available on participating wireless service providers only, whose instructions may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless service provider may charge you for each text message you send and receive, including any error messages. Check with your wireless service provider on these and any other applicable charges. By texting the keyword THIRST to 2653, you agree that you are providing Sponsor and Administrator express, written consent for you to send and receive up to ten (10) text messages (excluding error messages) relating to the Promotion. Alternatively, you may participate by hand-printing your complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, and daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code), age and a valid email address on a plain 3”x5” index card, and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed, to: Sprite Squad: Instant Win Game, P.O. Box 7752, Melville, NY 11775-7752 to receive one (1) Game Play Opportunity (an “AMOE Game Play”). AMOE Game Plays must be postmarked by December 31, 2025 and received by January 7, 2026. AMOE Game Plays that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, postage-due or inaccurate and AMOE Game Plays by any means which subvert the AMOE Game Play process are void. AMOE Game Plays become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. All AMOE Game Plays will be played on Entrant’s behalf by the Administrator (based on postmark date) and based on odds of winning, only Instant Winners will be notified that they have won. Odds of winning are the same for Website Daily Game Play and AMOE Game Play.
Website Daily Game Plays and AMOE Game Plays will be collectively referred to as “Daily Game Play” or “Daily Game Plays”.
Odds of winning a prize depend on the date/time of Daily Game Play, the number of prizes remaining available at the time of Daily Game Play and number of eligible Daily Game Plays received. The number of prizes available to be won will diminish as they are awarded. All on-screen wins/notifications are subject to verification. All Daily Game Plays become the property of Sponsor. Receipt of Daily Game Plays may be acknowledged, but such acknowledgment does not constitute any representation as to eligibility. Limit one (1) Daily Game Play per person/Account per day during the Promotion Period regardless of Game Play method. A “day” is defined as a calendar day from 12:00 am ET to 11:59 pm ET, with the exception of the first day which starts at 10:00 am ET and ends at 11:59 pm ET. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Daily Game Plays by using multiple/different Accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Daily Game Plays and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Promotion. In the event of a dispute as to any Website Daily Game Play, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Account used to play will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential prize winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.
4. Verification/Winner Notification/Prize Fulfillment: All winners are subject to confirmation, verification of eligibility by Administrator and compliance with these Official Rules in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All material submitted becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. If, due to an error of any kind, more instant winning messages are delivered to Entrants, or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded per Rule 5, the intended number of prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received during the Promotion Period. The Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to Entrant’s or to any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the Promotion. No responsibility or liability is assumed for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize. Prizes will be fulfilled digitally on-screen after verification and via email. Return of any prize or email notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and prize will be forfeited. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
5. Prizes (524 total): A $5 Virtual Prepaid Mastercard. Virtual Prepaid Mastercard is issued by Pathward®, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to license by Mastercard International Incorporated. Mastercard and the circles design are registered trademarks of Mastercard International Incorporated. No cash access or recurring payments. No transfer, cash or other substitution of a prize is permitted except Sponsor may substitute prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Resale of any prize is prohibited. Limit one (1) prize per person every thirty (30) calendar days from previous win (if applicable). Any winners who have any inquiries regarding their prize fulfillment must contact customer support within six (6) months after the Sweepstakes has ended (and any outstanding prizes will be forfeited after that time).
6. Conditions and Release: By participating, each Entrant (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant is a minor) agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator; (b) receive any notices and other communications related to the Promotion electronically, including via email and/or the Website; (c) release and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties, and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Promotion, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a Entrant’s Daily Game Play, or submission of a Daily Game Play, participation in the Promotion, acceptance or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of Daily Game Play; and (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless Released Promotion Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to an Entrant’s participation in the Promotion and/or Entrant’s acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor, Released Promotion Parties, and Administrator are not responsible if Promotion cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this Promotion in any way shall be disqualified.
7. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes a winner’s consent to Sponsor, and their agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for Promotion, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration.
8. Limitations of Liability: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Promotion, Entrants (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant is a minor) agree to release and hold harmless Released Promotion Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or the Website or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion or the Website; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, printers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the Website or the processing of Daily Game Plays; (e) late, lost, or undeliverable email; (f) any defect in a prize or inability to participate in the Promotion or use the Website or use of any prize, or (g) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Promotion, the receipt, acceptance, delivery, possession, use or misuse of any prize. Entrant (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant is a minor) further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Promotion Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion and in no event shall the Released Promotion Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. If, for any reason, an Entrant’s Daily Game Play is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another Daily Game Play in this Promotion (time-permitting), if it is possible in the Sponsor’s or the Administrator’s sole discretion. These Official Rules prevail should there be any conflict or uncertainty relating to the Promotion based on information or advice provided by any of the Released Promotion Parties.
9. General Rules: By participating in the Promotion, Entrant (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant is a minor) fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for any compatibility issues with Entrant's device/browser used for Daily Game Play. Daily Game Plays become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned. Daily Game Plays specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be disqualified. No information regarding Daily Game Plays, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules or on the Website, will be disclosed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected Daily Game Plays; or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. CAUTION: In the event the Promotion is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Promotion and award the prizes claimed prior to cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete Daily Game Plays. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. By participating in this Promotion, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor/Administrator. By participation in the Promotion, Entrants and prize winners release and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting a Daily Game Play or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any prize.
10. Fraudulent/Disruptive Activities: Any attempt to tamper with, interfere with, or manipulate the Daily Game Play process, the operation of the Promotion or Website or the prize determination, including, but not limited to, the use of AI, bots, automated systems, or fraudulent identities, is strictly prohibited. Daily Game Plays generated by AI, script, macro, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the Daily Game Play process, will be disqualified and may result in the Entrant being disqualified and banned from future promotions conducted by Sponsor and its affiliates. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of engaging in this prohibited conduct, including but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, submitting false information, or engaging in any activity that violates these Official Rules. Any such actions may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to not only disqualify such individual but seek damages from such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. Furthermore, any Entrant that acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person will be disqualified. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of this provision.
11. Disputes: Entrant (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant is a minor) agrees that: (a) they release and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties from and all any and all claims; (b) claims arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Atlanta, GA; (c) Entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Georgia for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual damages of no more than $100, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or the Released Promotion Parties in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Georgia, the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.
12. Privacy Policy: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Promotion may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Promotion in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Policy posted here. The Entrant (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant is a minor) agrees to the collection, processing and storage of their personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Promotion.
