DISNEY WORLDWIDE SERVICES, INC., PGA TOUR ENTERPRISES, LLC, AND EACH OF THEIR PARENT COMPANIES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED ENTITIES ARE NOT SPONSORS OR ADMINISTRATORS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE SELECTION OF ANY WINNERS OR PROVISION OF ANY PRIZES.

1. Eligibility: The Coca‑Cola America 250 Drink in Adventure Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S., D.C., and Puerto Rico (“Eligibility Area”), who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry (“Entrant”). Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law. Employees of The Coca‑Cola Company (the “Sponsor”), WPP plc, Coca‑Cola bottlers, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), PGA TOUR Enterprises, LLC, National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, LLC (“NASCAR”), Daytona International Speedway, LLC, Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. (“Live Nation”), C3 Presents, LLC and its landlords or licensors (related to Lollapalooza), if any, Caring & Daring, LLC, Lollapalooza, LLC, Chicago Park District, the City of Chicago, (collectively “Lollapalooza”), Disney Worldwide Services, Inc. (“Disney”), and each of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, parents, divisions, franchisees, promotional partners, agencies, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.

2. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 6, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on May 24, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes Period will consist of five (5) national prize pools (each a “National Prize Pool”) and a Grand Prize random drawing.

3. How to Enter: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

There are four (4) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

• During the Sweepstakes Period, find the Quick Response Code (“QR Code”) on specially-marked marketing material in digital media or select retailers and scan the QR code to visit the website by clicking here (the “Website”) or visit the Website directly. Next, follow the instructions to log in or create a Coca‑Cola account (“Account”). Click where indicated to receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize random drawing (“Grand Prize Entry”). Next, if you would like to enter for a National Prize Pool (each a “Prize Pool”), select the Prize Pool you wish to enter and follow the instructions to enter for the applicable Prize Pool (“Prize Pool Entry” or “Prize Pool Entries”). Limit one (1) Grand Prize Entry and one (1) Prize Pool Entry per person per day. The Prize Pool selected upon the first time you enter cannot be changed on subsequent days. A day is defined as beginning at 12:00 am ET and ending at 11:59 pm ET on a calendar day, except for the first day of the Sweepstakes, which begins at 10:00 am ET and ends at 11:59 pm ET on April 6, 2026.

National Prize Pools

There are two (2) ways to earn Bonus Entries:

• During the Sweepstakes Period, make a qualifying purchase of an A250 can (“Can”), any Coca‑Cola Original Taste, any diet Coke, or any Coke Zero Sugar product (each a “Coke Product”) in store at a participating retailer (“Qualifying Product”). Next, find the Quick Response Code (“QR Code”) on the Can or Coke Product and scan the QR Code on the Can or Coke Product to visit the Website (as noted above) or visit the Website directly. Next, follow the instructions to log into your Coca‑Cola account (“Account”), and scan the Can or Coke Product. Click where indicated to receive ten (10) bonus entries into the Grand Prize random drawing and ten (10) bonus entries into the applicable Prize Pool’s random drawing (“Purchase Bonus Entries”).  
• To receive bonus entries without making a purchase, you may enter by hand-printing your complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number (including area code), date of birth and a valid email address on a plain 3”x5” index card, and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed, to: America 250 Drink in Adventure Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 7777, Melville, NY 11775-7777 to receive ten (10) bonus entries into the Grand Prize Random Drawing and ten (10) bonus entries into the applicable Prize Pool’s random drawing that you indicated and are eligible for (“AMOE Bonus Entries”). You must indicate the Prize Pool name you are entering for in the bottom right corner of the outside of your envelope. AMOE Bonus Entries must be postmarked by May 26, 2026 and received by June 2, 2026, to be entered into the random drawings for the Grand Prize and applicable Prize Pool. AMOE Bonus Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, postage-due or inaccurate and AMOE Bonus Entries by any means which subvert the AMOE Bonus Entry process are void. AMOE Bonus Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Limit ten (10) Purchase Bonus Entries/AMOE Bonus Entries per Entrant per day regardless of the method or combination of methods of Entry for the Grand Prize.  Limit ten (10) Purchase Bonus Entries/AMOE Bonus Entries per Entrant per day regardless of the method of Entry or combination of methods of Entry for the applicable Prize Pool.

Grand Prize Entries, Prize Pool Entries, Purchase Bonus Entries and AMOE Bonus Entries will collectively be referred to as “Entry” or “Entries”.

Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different Accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register for the Account will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.

4. Random Drawings and Odds of Winning: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about June 3, 2026 from among all eligible Entries received. Separate Prize Pool random drawings will take place on or about June 3, 2026 to select one (1) winner for each Prize Pool from among all eligible Entries received for each Prize Pool. Drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the drawings. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received for each applicable Prize Pool and overall.

5. Prizes/Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”)/Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”):

Grand Prize (1): A credit in the amount of eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) (“Vehicle Credit”) that may be used towards a 2026 Jeep Wrangler (“Vehicle”). The Vehicle Credit has no cash value. Any difference between the price (including sales tax, title and license) of the Vehicle selected by the Grand Prize winner and the Vehicle Credit will not be awarded. The Vehicle Credit may be used towards the purchase of only one Vehicle. Vehicle Credit is non-transferable. Winner must be a licensed driver and show proof of insurance prior to taking possession of the Vehicle. The Vehicle Credit may be applied towards sales tax, title, and license fees. Winner must accept delivery of the Vehicle at a dealership designated by Sponsor within 30 days of notification that the Vehicle is available for delivery. Grand Prize winner can use the Vehicle Credit for any available package, equipment, upgrades, or options, but if the price (including tax, title and license) exceeds the Vehicle Credit, the winner is solely responsible for the difference. In the event the Vehicle Credit is applied to a Vehicle that is less than $80,000, the winner will forfeit the balance. In other words, the winner will not receive the difference in cash or via any other means. Sponsor is not responsible for the Grand Prize’s utility to Grand Prize winner. Winner is solely responsible for all insurance, licensing, registration, title fees, taxes, fees and other expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Grand Prize, including pick up costs, federal, state and local income taxes, on the Grand Prize received. Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the vehicle including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition, except for the standard warranty provided with the vehicle. ARV: $80,000.

TOUR Championship Prize Pool Prize (1): A 4-day, 3-night trip for the winner and one (1) travel companion from August 27, 2026 – August 30, 2026 to a “TOUR Championship Experience” in Atlanta, GA on August 29, 2026 (“Golf Event”). The TOUR Championship Prize Pool Prize includes round-trip economy air transportation for the TOUR Championship Prize Pool Prize winner and travel companion from major airport nearest winner’s home to Atlanta, GA, hotel accommodations for (3) nights for the TOUR Championship Prize Pool Prize winner and travel companion [based on one (1) room, double occupancy], two (2) Sponsor-specified grounds passes and behind-the-scenes tour of the Golf Event (on Sponsor-specified date), a $300 ride share gift card, a Sponsor-specified golf gear kit consisting of a Sponsor-specified golf bag, cooler, towel and hat for the TOUR Championship Prize Pool Prize winner, two (2) Sponsor-specified tour passes, and $500 spending money, awarded as a check, for the TOUR Championship Prize Pool Prize winner. ARV: $4,647.

Coke Zero Sugar 400 Prize Pool Prize (1): A 4-day, 3-night trip for the winner and one (1) travel companion from August 27, 2026 – August 30, 2026 to the Coke Zero Sugar 400 race at Daytona International Speedway® in Daytona Beach, FL on August 29, 2026 (“Race Event”). The Coke Zero Sugar 400 Prize Pool Prize includes round-trip economy air transportation for the Coke Zero Sugar 400 Prize Pool Prize winner and travel companion from major airport nearest winner’s home to Daytona, Beach, Florida, hotel accommodations for 3 nights for the Coke Zero Sugar 400 Prize Pool Prize winner and travel companion [based on one (1) room, double occupancy], VIP access for two (2) at the Race Event, access to hospitality in an exclusive club with catered food and non-alcoholic beverages, a meet & greet (“Meet and Greet”) with a member of the Coca‑Cola racing family (“Driver”), a $250 ride share gift card and $500 spending money, awarded as a check, for the Coke Zero Sugar 400 Prize Pool Prize winner. ARV: $7,050. 

The Driver for the Meet and Greet will be determined by the Sponsor in their sole discretion. In the event the Driver becomes unavailable, that portion of the Coke Zero Sugar 400 Prize Pool Prize will not be awarded and no compensation will be provided.

Lollapalooza®️ Prize Pool Prize (1): A 6-day, 5-night trip for the winner and one (1) travel companion to attend Lollapalooza®️ festival at Grant Park in Chicago, Illinois scheduled to take place from July 30, 2026 – August 2, 2026 (“Lollapalooza®️ Festival”). The Lollapalooza®️  Prize Pool Prize includes round-trip economy air transportation for the Lollapalooza  Prize Pool Prize winner and travel companion from major airport nearest winner’s home to Chicago, Illinois, hotel accommodations for 5 nights for the Lollapalooza®️  Prize Pool Prize winner and travel companion [based on one (1) room, double occupancy], two (2) 4-day VIP tickets to the Lollapalooza®️ Festival, $500 spending money, awarded as a check, and a $300 ride share gift card for the Lollapalooza  Prize Pool Prize winner. ARV: $10,140.  

Festival Terms: Lollapalooza®️ Festival ticket delivery method is at sole discretion of Live Nation which will be either sent to Lollapalooza®️ Prize Pool Prize winner by mail, email, mobile ticketing or placed at venue Will Call the day of each Lollapalooza®️ Festival under the winner’s name. Lollapalooza®️ Prize Pool Prize winner must be present to pick up Lollapalooza®️ Festival tickets and a valid photo ID will be required if tickets are placed at Will Call. Lollapalooza®️ Prize Pool Prize winner and travel companion must abide by all venue and Lollapalooza®️ Festival policies: here to include but not limited to, showing a valid photo ID at venue for age verification and/or identification purposes if requested. Live Nation reserves the right to revoke full or partial Lollapalooza®️ Prize Pool Prize from the Lollapalooza®️ Prize Pool Prize winner or travel companion who it and/or Lollapalooza®️ Festival/venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Festival/venue policy or law, and/or may bring Live Nation into disrepute.  Lollapalooza®️ Prize Pool Prize winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in being in public spaces and that these risks may be present before, during and after the Lollapalooza®️ Festival. Resale or transfer of any prize element including Lollapalooza®️ Festival tickets/wristbands is prohibited.  By claiming tickets, you agree to Lollapalooza®️ Festival tickets, Terms of Use found on Festival site, and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the Lollapalooza®️ Festival. Should the Festival be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible

Walt Disney World® Prize Pool Prize (1): A Walt Disney World® Resort vacation  and air transportation to Orlando, FL (“Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize”) for the winner and up to three (3) guests (“Guests”), which includes the following: (i) hotel accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room [with maximum of four (4) persons] for up to five (5) consecutive nights at a hotel determined by Disney in its sole discretion; (ii) 4-day Walt Disney World® Theme Park tickets with Park Hopper® Option (subject to restrictions) for the Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize winner and Guests (block-out dates apply and are determined at the sole discretion of Disney); (iii) VIP Tour for two (2) days for the winner and up to three (3) Guests for seven (7) consecutive hours maximum each day during the trip; (iv) round-trip economy air transportation (with possible layovers) for Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize winner and Guests from major airport nearest winner’s home to Orlando, Florida; (vi) a $350 ride share digital gift card (subject to issuer’s terms and conditions); and (vii) $500 spending money, awarded as a check to the Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize winner.  Any damaged, lost, or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.  Gift cards are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash (except as required by law) and are subject to all terms and conditions of use as established by issuer.

All costs and expenses not expressly stated in the Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize description above are excluded and solely the responsibility of the Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize winner or Guests, including but not limited to: additional airfare, additional transportation, travel insurance, laundry services, food, beverages, local and long-distance telephone calls, merchandise and souvenirs, and tips and gratuities not specifically set forth above.

WALT DISNEY WORLD PRIZE POOL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize is subject to restrictions specified by Disney. Hotel accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and block-out dates apply. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize or prize components may not be sold, traded, separated, transferred, assigned, exchanged, refunded, or used for a commercial purpose. Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize is not redeemable for cash. Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize is non-commissionable. Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize description. All details of Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor. Sponsor and Disney make no warranties, and hereby disclaim any and all warranties, expressed or implied, concerning any prize in connection with the Sweepstakes. At Sponsor’s sole discretion, Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize may vary to what has been advertised, pictured, etc.

Airline tickets are for travel from major airport in the 50 United States, D.C. and Puerto Rico nearest winner's home to the destination city. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles.

The hotel reservation for the Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize must be booked at least forty-five (45) days prior to the intended vacation dates and must occur within one (1) year of winner verification (subject to availability and block-out dates). The Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize winner and Guests (the “Group”) must travel together on the same itinerary. Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize dates are subject to change and are at the sole discretion of Sponsor. No extensions will be granted (unless stated otherwise). Certain travel and lodging restrictions apply. Disney is not liable, including for any costs or expenses, if any component of the Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize is changed, delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed, and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All elements of the Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize (including, without limitation, the theme park tickets) must be used by the Group on the same dates during the redemption of the Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize. Any portion of the Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize not accepted or used by Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize will be forfeited. If the Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of Guests, the Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute prize or compensation provided to the Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize winner.

Theme Park tickets are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and included on the theme park tickets. An inability to use any tickets will result in forfeiture of such tickets. Block-out dates apply. Certain theme parks, hotels, restaurants, attractions, experiences, services and other offerings are subject to availability, closures, change or cancellation without notice or liability. Park admission, offerings and ticket options are not guaranteed. Disney reserves the right to cancel, delay, or postpone any offering. To visit the theme parks, theme park reservations via the Disney Park Pass system (https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/experience-updates/park-reservations/) AND valid admission are required for the same theme park on the same date for each person in the Group ages 3 and up. Reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until a reservation is finalized. A park reservation must be made for each day of entry. Park Hopper® option allows guests to visit more than one park per day, with some restrictions. 

Sponsor and Disney reserve the right to remove or to deny entry of the Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize winner and/or Guest(s) who engages in a disorderly or disruptive manner (as determined by Disney in its sole discretion), or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any event while on the vacation. Further, if any such actions occur, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the vacation early for said Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize winner and/or Guests and send the Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize winner and/or Guests home with no further compensation.

The Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize will be forfeited if: (1) Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize winner is not available to stay at the hotel on dates specified by the Sponsor and/or Disney; or (2) proper travel documents (e.g., REAL-ID, passport, etc.) are not obtained by a Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize winner and Guests by the date specified by Disney. Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize winner and Guests are solely responsible for obtaining any travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) that they wish to obtain at their own expense and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor and/or Disney has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize winner is bound by the terms and conditions of the Walt Disney World® Resort, and other third-party service providers used in connection with the Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize. Prize winner agrees that the Sponsor and/or Disney is not responsible in any way for any additional expenses, omissions, delays or re-routing resulting from any acts of any government or authority and acknowledge that they are solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of their guest related to any prize-related activity, including, without limitation, any actions, claims or liabilities related to the Walt Disney World Prize Pool winner’s receipt of or use of the Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize.

Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize fulfillment is subject to restrictions and availability. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation of the hotel stay or any other component of the Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize. Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize (including, without limitation, theme park tickets) that any participant(s) is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize will be forfeited.

Hotel regulations and conditions apply. Once hotel accommodations have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by Sponsor and/or Disney. Other hotel fees for additional services, but not limited to, phone calls, in-room movies, mini-bar items, room service or any damages, are not included and if applicable may be payable at the time of check-out by the winner/Guest(s). The Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize winner is required to have and present at least one major credit card in good standing in order to check-in. Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided in the prize). A Guest under the age of majority must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian who must be at least the age of majority, and both will be deemed Guests of the winner (unless the winner is the Guest’s parent or legal guardian). Once selected by Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize winner, Guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Disney, which may be withheld for any reason.

Sponsor shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings that Sponsor deems necessary or desirable under applicable federal, state and local tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances.

If the Walt Disney World Prize Pool Prize vacation, in part or in its entirety, is unable to be utilized as planned for reasons including, but not limited to, scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponements, delays, an event of force majeure (any acts of God, natural catastrophes, public enemies, war, acts of terrorism, civil commotion, riot, strikes or labor difficulties, lockout, judicial or government order, or other requirement of law, or national emergencies or any other cause beyond the Sponsor or Disney’s reasonable control), an unforeseeable health event (e.g., pandemic or epidemic), or for any other reason whatsoever, then neither the Sponsor nor Disney will have an obligation to award compensation, reimbursement, or reschedule the vacation in lieu thereof, and are not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof.

Yellowstone National Park Prize Pool Prize (1): A 5-day, 4-night trip for the winner and one (1) travel companion to Bozeman, MT. Yellowstone National Park Prize Pool Prize includes round-trip economy air transportation for the Yellowstone National Park Prize Pool Prize winner and travel companion from major airport nearest winner’s home to Bozeman, MT, hotel accommodations for 4 nights (1 room, double occupancy) for the Yellowstone National Park Prize Pool Prize winner and travel companions with two (2) nights in Big Sky and two (2) nights at Yellowstone, a full size car rental for five (5) days, a Zipline tour, and a Yellowstone day tour for the Yellowstone National Park Prize Pool Prize winner and travel companion (each a “National Park Event”), and a $500 check that can be used towards spending money for the Yellowstone National Park Prize Pool Prize winner. ARV: $5,218.

Car Rental Terms and Conditions: Car rental is subject to additional restrictions set forth by car rental contract. If the applicable winner does not meet rental car requisites/requirements that portion of the prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided. Car must be returned with a full tank of gas.

TOUR Championship Prize Pool Prize, Coke Zero Sugar 400 Prize Pool Prize, Lollapalooza®️ Prize Pool Prize, Walt Disney World® Prize Pool Prize, and National Park Prize Pool Prize will collectively be referred to as “Prize Pool Prize" or “Prize Pool Prizes”. Golf Event, Race Event, Lollapalooza®️ Festival, Theme Park Event, and National Park Event will collectively be referred to as “Event” or “Events”.

Travel Terms and Conditions for PGA TOUR Prize Pool, Coke Zero Sugar 400 Prize Pool, Lollapalooza®️ Prize Pool, Yellowstone National Park Prize Pool prizes. Airline tickets are for travel from major airport in the 50 United States/D.C./PR nearest the winner’s home to the destination city. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Prize Pool Prizes may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Prize Pool Prize winners and travel companions must travel together on the same itinerary. If a Prize Pool Prize winner who won a trip is under twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of trip departure, the travel companion of the Prize Pool Prize winner must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of trip departure in order to check-in to the hotel. Each travel companion (or a Prize Pool Prize winner on behalf of travel companion who is a minor and their child/charge) of a Prize Pool Prize winner, will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure. All travelers must have valid travel documents prior to departure [i.e., REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or REAL ID-compliant non-driver identification, passport (or passport card)]. All travel must be completed on the dates specified by Sponsor on dates coordinating with the applicable Event (or prize may be forfeited, with no compensation); dates of departure and return are subject to change. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. In the event a Prize Pool Prize winner lives within a 150-mile radius of the destination city, round-trip ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided for the air transportation portion of a Prize Pool Prize. If a Prize Pool Prize winner elects to travel or participate in the Prize Pool Prize travel with fewer that the stated number of travel companions or no travel companion(s), no additional compensation will be awarded for the travel companion portion of the applicable Prize Pool Prize. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, airline baggage fees, taxes, tips, entertainment, transfers, and transportation to/from airport and winner’s home residence are the winner's sole responsibility. Prize Pool Prize winners (or travel companion if a winner is under 21) will be required to provide a valid major credit card or some other acceptable form of payment, as determined in the hotel’s sole discretion upon hotel check-in and all in-room charges, telephone calls, meals, beverages, hotel upgrades, amenities, personal incidentals and any other expenses charged to the applicable winner’s hotel room will be charged to that major valid credit card. In the event that a Prize Pool Prize winner or their travel companion(s) engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip early and/or eject them from any portion of the trip or the applicable Event, in whole or in part, and send the applicable Prize Pool Prize winner and their travel companion(s) home with no further compensation.

Lost, mutilated, or stolen Event tickets will not be replaced. By accepting a Prize Pool Prize, Prize Pool Prize winners agree to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the applicable Event and the Event venue. Sponsor is not responsible if a Prize Pool Prize winner does not use Event tickets on day of Event. Sponsor is not responsible if the Event is delayed, postponed or cancelled or closed for any reason and the applicable Prize Pool Prize winners will not be reimbursed. Released Parties will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside of Released Parties’ control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the applicable Event. Event tickets are subject to issuer’s standard terms and conditions, including but not limited to rain-check policies and procedures. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Prize Pool Prize winners and their travel companions must follow any applicable protocols in place at time of travel and the Event. All Prize Pool Prize details are in Sponsor’s sole discretion. In case of Event cancellation, that portion of the Grand Prize will go unawarded and no additional compensation will be provided for that portion of Prize.

If a Grand Prize or Prize Pool Prize (or portion of the Prize Pool Prize other than Event ticket for the National Prize Pools) becomes unavailable, Sponsor will substitute the Grand Prize or Prize Pool Prize of equal or greater retail value (except as specifically stated above for Event). No transfer, cash or other substitution of a Prize Pool Prize/Grand Prize is permitted except Sponsor may substitute Prize Pool Prize or the Grand Prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Resale of a Prize Pool Prize or Grand Prize is prohibited. Limit of one (1) Grand Prize and Prize Pool Prize per person.

Grand Prize and Prize Pool Prizes will collectively be referred to as “Prize” or “Prizes”. 

6. Winner Notification: The potential Prize winners will be contacted via email and will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release and except where prohibited, publicity release (“Declaration”) within forty-eight (48) hours of notification in order to be confirmed as a Prize winner. If a potential Prize winner fails to return the completed Declaration within forty-eight (48) hours, Declaration is returned as undeliverable, Entrant shall be deemed to be ineligible, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected for the applicable Prize, time permitting. Upon Prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Administrator will contact the Prize Pool Prize winners with 2-4 weeks to book travel and award the remaining portions of the Prize. Return of any Prize or Prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and Prize will be forfeited and an alternate will be selected, time permitting. If an Entrant is disqualified for one of the reasons mentioned above and an alternate is selected, the alternate must complete and return the required documents in the timeframe specified. Up to three (3) alternates may be selected per Prize, time permitting. The Prize winners are solely responsible for all taxes in connection with a Prize (if applicable), including without limitation federal, state and local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof. The Prize winners of prizes with an MSRP/ARV of $2,000 or more will be issued a 1099 tax form by Administrator for the actual value of the Prize, for the year the applicable Prize is awarded. Any winners who have inquiries regarding their Prize fulfillment must contact customer support within six (6) months after the Sweepstakes has ended (and any outstanding Prizes will be forfeited after that time).

7. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotion, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration.

8. General Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Any normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online/cellular service will apply and are Entrants’ sole responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any compatibility issues with Entrant's device/browser used for Entry. Entries become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be disqualified. No information regarding Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules, will be disclosed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected Entries; or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes and select the Prize winners from among all eligible Entries received for each Prize Pool and overall prior to cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete Entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. By participation in the Sweepstakes, Entrants, Prize winners, and travel companions and guests, release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any Prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any Prize-related activity or any typographical or other errors in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any Prize.

9. Fraudulent/Disruptive Activities: Any attempt to tamper with, interfere with, or manipulate the Entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes or Website or the Prize determination, including, but not limited to, the use of AI, bots, automated systems, or fraudulent identities, is strictly prohibited. Entries generated by AI, script, macro, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the entry process, will be disqualified and may result in the Entrant being disqualified and banned from future promotions conducted by Sponsor and its affiliates. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of engaging in this prohibited conduct, including but not limited to, creating multiple Accounts, submitting false information, or engaging in any activity that violates these Official Rules. Any such actions may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to not only disqualify such individual but seek damages from such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. Furthermore, any Entrant that acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person will be disqualified. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of this provision.

10. Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (a) they release and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and all any and all Claims (“Claims”); (b) Claims arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Atlanta, GA; (c) Entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Georgia for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (d) any and all Claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual damages of no more than $100, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or the Released Parties in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.

11. Privacy Notice: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in providing prizing and/or administration of the Sweepstakes in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Notice posted here. The Entrant agrees to the collection, processing and storage of their personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Sweepstakes.
