OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The Coca‑Cola® America250 Collect the Country Instant Win Game (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. & D.C. (“Eligibility Area”), who are 18 years of age or older as of date of game play and possess a web enabled mobile device (“Device”) with unlimited text messaging capabilities prior to the start date for certain prizes (“Entrant”). Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law. Employees of The Coca‑Cola Company (the “Sponsor”), WPP plc, Revtrax, Coca‑Cola bottlers, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), and their respective subsidiaries, parents, divisions, franchisees, promotional partners, agencies, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Promotion Parties”) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s (and their parent/legal guardian’s if a minor) full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.

2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 11:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 6, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on September 8, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

3. How to Participate: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

There are two (2) ways to play:

Purchase Via the Website: During the Promotion Period, make a qualifying purchase of specially marked America250 7.5oz Coca‑Cola Original Taste, Coca‑Cola Zero Sugar or Diet Coke mini-cans featuring state names (each a “Can”) in store at a participating retailer (“Qualifying Purchase”).  Next, find the Quick Response Code (“QR Code”) on the Can and scan the QR Code with your Device to visit the website by clicking here (the “Website”). Next, follow the instructions to log into your Coca‑Cola account (“Account”) and once logged in, follow the instructions to scan the complete image of the Can with your Device to receive one (1) Instant Win Game Play (“Online Game Play”) and once the Online Game Play is complete you will either receive a win message for a Game Prize or a non-win message, and the Can you scanned will be added to your dashboard for the corresponding state on the Website. In addition, if you win a Collectible Pin (defined below), you will be taken to a page on the Website to select the state Pin you would like to receive (subject to availability). Limit fifty-two (52) Online Game Plays per Entrant for the entire Promotion Period. Each Can scanned must be unique and for a different state (“State”) in order to receive an Online Game Play. For the purposes of this Promotion, a State is defined as one (1) of the fifty (50) United States, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.

• Via Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”): Alternatively, during the Promotion Period, you may participate in the Promotion by sending an email here with your complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, and daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code), and date of birth. In the subject line of the email, you must indicate the two (2) letter State abbreviation of the Pin you would like to be eligible for and “The Coca‑Cola® America250 Collect the Country Instant Win Game” to receive one (1) Game Play opportunity (an “AMOE Game Play”) for a Game Prize. AMOE Game Plays must be received by September 8, 2026. Odds of winning a Game Prize are the same for Online Game Plays and AMOE Game Plays.
  
  In the event of a dispute as to an Online Game Play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register for the Account will be deemed to be the Entrant. In the event of a dispute as to an AMOE Game Play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to participate will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.
  
  Online Game Plays and AMOE Game Plays shall be collectively referred to as “Game Plays”. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Game Plays by using multiple/different Accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Game Plays and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Promotion.

4. Prizes/Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”) and Odds of winning a Prize:

Game Prizes (as broken out in the chart below):

Game Prizes will be collectively referred to as a “Prize” or “Prizes”. If a Prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor will substitute a Prize of equal or greater retail value. No transfer, cash or other substitution of a Prize is permitted except Sponsor may substitute a Prize for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Resale of Prizes is prohibited. Coupons must be used  on or before 11:59 pm ET on September 22, 2026, when they will expire. Limit of five (5) Pin Prizes and one (1) Coupon Prize per person. In the event you win more than one (1) Pin, you may not request the same State Pin.
 

Unclaimed Game Prizes will not be awarded. Odds of winning a Game Prize depend on the date/time of Game Play, the number of Game Prizes remaining available at the time of Game Play, and number of eligible Game Plays received. The number of Game Prizes available to be won will diminish as they are awarded.

5. Game Prize Winner Notification: The potential Game Prize winners will be notified during the Game and via email after receiving a Game Prize win message and if they are receiving a Pin, must select a State for their Pin, and then complete Prize fulfillment information within the form (“Form”) at the time of notification during the Game or within twenty-four (24) hours of email notification. If a Game Prize winner of the Pin fails to provide any requested information during the Game, they can provide the required verification and the correct prize fulfillment address information within twenty-four (24) hours of email notification or the applicable Game Prize winner of the Pin may be disqualified and the applicable Game Prize will be forfeited. If the Game Prize winner of the Pin tries to update their prize fulfillment address information after the twenty-four (24) hours of email notification, the Pin will be sent to the original address, pending verification. Sharing the Form is not permitted and that person will not receive a Pin; only the original Game Prize winner of the Pin is entitled to the Pin. Pins will then be fulfilled to the Game Prize winners at the mailing addresses provided within 4-6 weeks. Potential Game Prize winners of Coupons will be contacted via email and on screen and must click the link provided and click the “send prize to my phone” button via text message or if on desktop, scan the code with their Device. Next, potential Prize winners will be prompted to claim their Coupon by verifying their Device by sending a verification code (“Verification Code”) via text message. Once the Verification Code has been received, potential Prize winners must follow the instructions on screen to input the Verification Code received via text message. Once potential Prize winners of the Coupon input the Verification Code, they will be prompted to select a Sponsor-specified retailer where they want to use their Coupon. Once potential Prize winners of the Coupon select a retailer, a Coupon barcode (“Barcode”) will be generated. Once the Coupon Barcode is generated, the Coupon must be used within fourteen (14) days from the date the Barcode is generated, and no later than 11:59 pm ET on September 22, 2026. Once the retailer has been selected, they can save the Coupon to their Device via their virtual wallet to use at a later date, or immediately use the Coupon at the selected retailer by providing the Coupon Barcode and instructions to the cashier via either their virtual wallet, a screenshot, or their browser. Potential winners may return to their Coupon link within their expiration window to select a new retailer and redeem their Coupon at a different retailer if they wish. For best results, potential winners can enable Location Services on their Device and make sure VPN is disabled and a private web browser is not being used. Coupons can only be used on a Coca Cola® Original Taste (UPC: 049000000443), Coca‑Cola® Zero Sugar (UPC: 049000040869) or Diet Coke® (UPC: 049000000450)  product.  If they wish to check if a product qualifies for the Promotion, they can scan or input the UPC via a tool on the form. In the event a potential Prize winner does not complete the steps outlined above, they will be disqualified from receiving a Prize, with no compensation. If a potential Game Prize winner played via AMOE and won a Pin, the Pin indicated on your AMOE Game Play will be delivered via the mailing address provided within 4-6 weeks of verification. If a potential Game Prize winner played via AMOE and won a Coupon, the Coupon will be delivered via the email address provided after winner verification. Return of any Game Prize or notification as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification and applicable Prize will be forfeited. The Prize winners are solely responsible for all taxes in connection with the Prize (if applicable), including without limitation federal, state and local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof. Any winners who have inquiries regarding their Prize fulfillment must contact customer support within six (6) months after the Promotion has ended (and any outstanding Prizes will be forfeited after that time).
 

6. Verification: All winners are subject to confirmation, verification of eligibility by Administrator and compliance with these Official Rules in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All material submitted becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. If, due to an error of any kind, more instant winning messages/notifications are delivered to Entrants, or more Game Prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded per Rule 4, the intended number of Game Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified Prize Claims received. The Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to Entrant’s or to any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from playing/entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the Promotion.

7. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotion, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration.
 

8. General Rules: By participating in the Promotion, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Any normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online/cellular service will apply and are Entrants’ sole responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any compatibility issues with Entrant's Device/browser used for Game Play. Game Plays become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned. Game Plays specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be disqualified. No information regarding Game Plays, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules, will be disclosed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected Game Plays; or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. In the event the Promotion is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Promotion and award the Prizes claimed per prior to such action. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete Game Plays. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. By participation in the Promotion, Entrants and Prize winners release and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting a Game Play or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of any Prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any Prize-related activity or any typographical or other errors in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any Prize.

9. Fraudulent/Disruptive Activities: Any attempt to tamper with, interfere with, or manipulate the Game Play process, the operation of the Promotion or Website or the Prize determination, including, but not limited to, the use of AI, bots, automated systems, or fraudulent identities, is strictly prohibited. Game Plays generated by AI, script, macro, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the Game Play process, will be disqualified and may result in the Entrant being disqualified and banned from future promotions conducted by Sponsor and its affiliates. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of engaging in this prohibited conduct, including but not limited to, creating multiple Accounts, submitting false information, or engaging in any activity that violates these Official Rules. Any such actions may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to not only disqualify such individual but seek damages from such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. Furthermore, any Entrant that acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person will be disqualified. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of this provision.

10. Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (a) they release and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties from and all any and all Claims (“Claims”); (b) Claims arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Atlanta, GA; (c) Entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Georgia for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (d) any and all Claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual damages of no more than $100, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or the Released Promotion Parties in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.

11. Privacy Notice: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Promotion may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Promotion in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Notice posted here. The Entrant agrees to the collection, processing and storage of their personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Promotion.
