Chocolate Orange Affogato with Simply Orange® Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 scoops of your favorite lower-calorie chocolate ice cream
- 3 tbsp. Simply® Light Orange
- 1 tsp. orange liqueur
- 1 shot of iced coffee
- 1 orange (for peel curl to top drink off)
Instructions:
- Scoop ice cream into a shallow cup or mug. Pour Simply Light Orange, orange liqueur and a fresh shot of iced coffee over the ice cream scoop. Optional: sub espresso for iced coffee.
- Stir with a spoon or gently swirl in cup.
- Top off with an orange peel for garnish and enjoy!
