TERMS & CONDITIONS OF “THE ISLAND EXPERIENCE X FUZE TEA” (“PROMOTION”)

IMPORTANT: Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") before entering this promotion ("Promotion") provided by the Promoter listed in Section F below ("Promoter"). This is a legally binding agreement between you and the Promoter establishing the terms and conditions under which you are entitled to participate in this Promotion. By entering this Promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
A. ELIGIBILITY
1. This Promotion is valid in Singapore only and open to all citizens, permanent residents and residents of Singapore aged 18 and above, subject to the following conditions: You are not (a) an employee or immediate family member (spouse, parent, sibling, child and each of their spouse, or household member) of the Promoter, partners, distributors, agencies, companies or participating businesses associated with this Promotion and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies (collectively, “Affiliates”); (b) prohibited under the laws of your country of citizenship, residency or domicile to participate in any games of chance and/or skill, or this Promotion; (c) Business partners, suppliers/distributors of the Promoter.
2. If intellectual property is created by way of your participation, you will assign and transfer to the Promoter or its assignee all worldwide right, intellectual property rights, title, and interest in your entries, together with the right to make any changes, adaptation, or modifications to the entries for the purposes of marketing, advertising, and trade without compensation to you. You shall do all things and execute all documents necessary, or a may be required by the Promoter and/or to enforce any of the rights promised to the Promoter herein. You will release and discharge the Promoter against all claims, which you may have, or which may arise out of the rights granted to the Promoter in relation to this Promotion.
B. PROMOTION PERIOD
1. The start date and end date of the promotion are set out in ANNEX 1 (“Promotion Period”).
2. Any entry not received during the Promotion Period shall be automatically disqualified from participation. The Promoter is not liable for any lost, delayed or misdirected entry.
C. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
1. The detailed steps on how to participate are set out in ANNEX 1.
2. The winner selection criteria are set out in ANNEX 1.
3. Phone data and/or internet usage to participate in this Promotion may be subject to charges by your service provider / carrier.
4. Valid Entries must not contain references directly or indirectly to any intellectual property rights of any third party without consent. By participating in the Promotion and submitting the Entry, you are deemed to have certified that nothing in the Entry shall infringe any copyright or trademarks or violate any person's rights of privacy or confidentiality and shall be fully liable and responsible for any third party infringement or violation. Entries will be disqualified if they (a) infringe any intellectual property rights of any third party; and/or (b) contain any indecent, immoral, offensive, defamatory, racial, religious, political contents, or contents or acts which the Promoter, at its discretion, considers inappropriate in nature.
5. Winners will be notified in writing or via phone where details on how to claim the prize will be given.
6. Winners may be required to each sign a Participation/Release Agreement in the form required by the Promoter to claim the prizes. Non-compliance may result in disqualification.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any winner subsequently found to be disqualified, for any reason whatsoever, with an alternative winner.
D. PRIZES
1. The total number, type and details of prizes (collectively, “Prizes” or a “Prize”) to be won are set out in ANNEX 1. The Prizes to be awarded in this Promotion will not exceed those as stated in this Section D and ANNEX 1. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree that in no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.
2. Unless otherwise stated in ANNEX 1 and any further conditions provided therein, you may submit multiple Entries, but each person can only win one (1) prize.
3. Save where a prize or prize category comprises solely of cash, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Prize or elements of the Prize with alternatives of equal or greater value.
4. Prizes are awarded on an ‘as-is’ basis and are not transferable, negotiable, refundable or exchangeable. Non-cash prizes cannot be taken in cash. The Promoter reserves the right not to award any prize or part thereof to any person who, for any reason whatsoever, fails to meet any stipulated requirement to claim a Prize.
5. The Promoter is not obliged to award the Prize if there are no valid Entries received during the Promotion Period. In such event, the Prize opportunity shall be withdrawn.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any winner subsequently found to be disqualified, for any reason whatsoever, with an alternative winner.
7. Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective sponsors and/or service providers, if any and where applicable. Promoter and its Affiliates are not liable for these conditions and the use of Prizes. All ancillary costs to the Prizes or usage of the Prizes, including but not limited to passports, visas, additional transport, personal and incidental expenses, insurance, taxes and other fees applicable are the responsibility of the winners. Additionally, the Promoter and its Affiliates shall not be liable for warranties, maintenance, taxes or any additional costs of the Prizes. Prizes will be awarded only in Singapore.
8. Winners may be required to each sign a Participation/Release Agreement in the form required by the Promoter to claim the prizes. Non-compliance may result in disqualification.
9. In the case of a travel or event prize,
a. notwithstanding any other terms mentioned in this Terms and Conditions, the winner and traveling companion/s will be required to each sign a Participation/Release Agreement in the form required by the Promoter to claim the prize and/or prize fulfilment. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and an alternate (the next entry) will be awarded with the applicable prize. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in disqualification, and the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner (being the next eligible entry). Winners must ensure that they meet all travel requirements, including but not limited to valid passports and necessary visas. Failure to obtain the required travel documentation will result in disqualification, and the selection of an alternate winner shall be at the Promoter’s absolute and sole discretion. Unclaimed or unredeemed prizes will be forfeited and will not be reissued.
b. No extension, deferment or change of travel dates or any part of the prize will be permitted. All ancillary costs, including but not limited to passports, visas, additional transport, personal and incidental expenses, insurance, taxes and other fees applicable are the responsibility of the winners.
c. If a travel advisory is issued against travel to the designated country, or such country’s government issues quarantine restrictions, or in the event of the onset of SARS or any other kinds of epidemic, pandemic or disease in Singapore or the designated country or in any other country affected by this Promotion or in the event of outbreak of war, hostilities, insurgencies, terrorism, civil commotions, riots, strikes, lockouts or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter shall have no liability to provide the prize. Awarding of an alternative prize is at the Promoter’s absolute discretion.
E. VERIFICATION:
1. Proof of Purchase or Winning Game Pieces (images of registered code uploaded at registration) presented are subject to verification. Any proof of purchase or Winning Game Piece that is illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, not obtained legitimately, contains printing typographical, mechanical, or other errors or the codes are unclear or does not contain a security or other required identification is invalid. In the case where an image of (instead of original) the Proof of Purchase or Winning Game Piece is accepted for verification purposes, the Promoter is not obliged to ascertain whether the claimant is the rightful bearer of the Proof of Purchase or Winning Game Piece.
2. All Entries (including Proof of Purchase or Winning Game Pieces) submitted become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.
3. The use of any voting software or any other mechanical or electronic means that enable you to automatically send codes or entries repeatedly is prohibited and will render all codes submitted by you invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to take action as may be available under the law against you.
4. The Promoter’s decision on all matters regarding to the Promotion including awarding of Prizes is final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
F. OTHER CONDITIONS:
1. All promotional materials, including details on How to Participate and Prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions with any advertising, promotional or publicity materials in relation to or in connection with the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
2. Personal information (including images) collected or received from you may be used by the Promoter or any of its Affiliate for the purposes of administering and promoting the Promotion, including but not limited to conducting background check on your identity, verifying your eligibility to participate and receive a Prize, and publicizing winners’ announcement. By participating in the Promotion, you explicitly allow the Promoter to contact you via the particulars provided for such purposes. The Promoter and its Affiliates value all personal information received and shall not disclose or furnish your personal information to any unrelated third parties (save for their respective agents and agencies for the purposes of the Promotion or where required by law). The Promoter shall manage your personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
3. In no event will the Promoter or any of their respective Affiliates be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of your acceptance of a Prize, the use of a Prize, your entry into the Promotion, or your participation in any Prize-related activity. By entering the Promotion, you hereby release and agree to hold harmless the Promoter and their respective Affiliates from and against any and all rights, demands, claims, causes of action, losses, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever that you may have, or which may arise, whether in whole or in part, and whether directly or indirectly.
4. In no event will the Promoter or any of its Affiliates be held responsible for any delay, error or any other problems in the operation of the Promotion caused by or arising from breakdown, technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems and/or traffic congestion on the Internet and/or at any web site or the telecommunication service or a combination thereof, including injury or damage to your or to any other person's computer or mobile phone related to and/or resulting from participating or downloading materials in or in connection with the Promotion.
5. The Promoter and its Affiliates make no warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the Prizes. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing or anything in these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter and their Affiliates are not liable for any defect in or malfunction of the Prizes, and you assume all risks and liability in connection with and associated to the use of the Prizes. For the avoidance of doubt, no provision in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as limiting the liability of any party for death or personal injury caused by such party’s negligence or any liability which cannot be excluded under the laws of Singapore.
6. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, add, replace, vary and/or modify these Term and Conditions without giving prior notice. Entry into this Promotion confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations, and modifications hereto, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
7. If any term or part thereof is rendered void, illegal or unenforceable by any legislation to which it is subject, it shall be rendered void, illegal or unenforceable to that extent and it shall in no way affect or prejudice the enforceability of the remainder of such term or other terms of this Promotion.
8. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Ac (Cap.53B), or any amendment thereto, to enforce any term of such agreement.
9. The Promoter is set out in ANNEX 1, with its address.
10. Promotion and the Terms and Conditions shall be construed under and governed by the laws of Singapore. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.

How to Participate
1. Buy a minimum of SGD5 worth of any products with labels or can bodies that feature a promotional block to ‘Fuze Tea’ or “Authentic Tea House’ from these participating brands of Fuze Tea and Authentic Tea House (collectively “Participating Packs”) during the Promotion Period in a single receipt.
2. Scan the QR code (“Code”) printed on POSMs linking to Promotion website to submit the Entry. Receipt is collectively, “Proof of Purchase”. Proof of Purchase may only be used once.
3. Log in to the Promotion website via https://FuzeTea.lavishteam.co
4. Complete the registration process and provide the required details including but not limited to the photo of Receipt on Promotion Website, to qualify as an entry to the Promotion (each an “Entry” or collectively, “Entries”).
How to Win
1. There are 291 prizes available in total during the Promotion Period. Winners will be selected via a lucky draw based on a computerized system, conducted in the presence of an authorised representative of the Promoter or its appointed agency. The system will randomly pick 97 winners for May, June and July 2026 respectively (e.g. 97 winners for May, 97 winners for June and another 97 winners for July).
2. For the avoidance of doubt, to be eligible as winner for month of May, the Entry must be received by 23:59hrs on the 31st May 2026; to be eligible as winner for month of June, the Entry must be received by 23:59hrs of 30th June 2026; and to be eligible as winner for month of July, the Entry must be received by 23:59hrs of 31st July 2026.
3. For each draw in each month, the Grand Prize winners will be drawn first, followed by the draw of the Second Prize winners from the remaining eligible Participants, and subsequently followed by the draw of the Consolation Prize winners from the remainder eligible Participants. All draws will be randomised.
4. Each participant is allowed a maximum of 1 entry per receipt, during the Promotion Period. Each participant may submit as many entries as he deems, accompanied with the proof of purchase (receipt). All valid Entries within the first month that have not won any prize will stand a chance to win in the second month of prize. Each participant can only win 1 prize throughout the Promotion Period.
5. For ease of reference, selection of winners throughout the Promotion Period are as follows:

FLYCO WINNER CONTACT, VERIFICATION, TRIP FULFILMENT & TRAVEL CONDITIONS
1. Transfer of Winner Information
Upon completion of the winner selection process by Coca‑Cola Singapore Beverages Pte. Ltd. (“Promoter”), the selected winner’s contact details and relevant personal information may be shared with Flyco Business Pte. Ltd. (“Trip Organiser”) solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment, trip coordination, verification, booking administration, and related travel arrangements for the Fuze Tea Jeju Retreat (“Retreat Prize”).
2. Winner Contact by Flyco
After receiving the winner’s details from the Promoter, Flyco will contact the winner using the contact information provided to the Promoter. Flyco may contact the winner by email, telephone, WhatsApp, or such other reasonable means of communication for the purposes of:
(a) identity verification;
(b) confirming acceptance of the Retreat Prize;
(c) collecting required travel details and documents;
(d) coordinating booking and itinerary arrangements; and
(e) communicating important pre-trip information.
3. Winner Response Deadline
The winner must respond within the deadline communicated by Flyco, failing which the winner may be deemed to have forfeited the Retreat Prize. If a winner is uncontactable, fails to respond, declines the prize, or fails to submit the required information or documents by the stated deadline, the Promoter and/or Flyco reserve the right to disqualify that winner and appoint a replacement winner, if applicable.
4. Verification and Supporting Documents
Prior to confirmation of the Retreat Prize, the winner may be required to provide documents and information requested by Flyco and/or the Promoter, including but not limited to:
(a) full name as per passport;
(b) copy of passport biodata page;
(c) contact number and email address;
(d) nationality and residential address;
(e) emergency contact details;
(f) any visa-related information required for travel; and
(g) signed declaration forms, waivers, indemnities, publicity releases, medical acknowledgements, or participation agreements.
Failure to provide accurate, complete, and valid documentation within the requested timeline may result in disqualification and/or forfeiture of the Retreat Prize.
5. Accuracy of Information
The winner is solely responsible for ensuring that all personal particulars and travel information submitted to Flyco are complete, accurate, and identical to the winner’s travel documents. Flyco shall not be responsible for any loss, delay, failed booking, denied boarding, immigration issue, or additional costs arising from inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or late submission of information by the winner.
6. Acceptance of Prize
The Retreat Prize shall be deemed accepted only after the winner:
(a) confirms acceptance in writing or through such method required by Flyco;
(b) successfully completes Flyco’s verification process; and
(c) submits all required forms, information, and supporting documents within the specified timeline.
Until all such requirements are fulfilled, Flyco and the Promoter reserve the right not to proceed with travel bookings or other arrangements.
7. Nature of Flyco’s Role
Flyco acts as the appointed trip organiser and coordinator for the Retreat Prize. Flyco shall coordinate the fulfilment and administration of the trip arrangement after receiving the winner’s details from the Promoter, including pre-trip communication, booking coordination, itinerary management, and on-ground support, subject always to these Terms and Conditions and the policies of third-party service providers.
8. Scope of Prize Fulfilment
Unless otherwise stated by the Promoter in writing, the Retreat Prize includes only the specific components expressly communicated to the winner. Any costs, expenses, upgrades, add-ons, personal purchases, incidental charges, or items not expressly stated to be included in the Retreat Prize shall be borne solely by the winner.
9. Travel Document Responsibility
The winner is solely responsible for ensuring that he/she holds a valid passport with sufficient validity, and where applicable, valid visas, permits, vaccination documents, travel declarations, or any other immigration or entry requirements required for travel to and from Jeju, South Korea. Flyco shall not be liable if the winner is unable to travel due to failure to satisfy passport, visa, immigration, customs, health, or border control requirements.
10. Health, Fitness and Participation Suitability
The winner acknowledges that participation in the Retreat may involve travel, physical movement, outdoor activities, scheduled excursions, and group-based experiences. The winner is responsible for assessing his/her own fitness, medical suitability, and readiness to participate. Flyco may require the winner to disclose relevant medical or mobility conditions where reasonably necessary for trip planning or safety management. Flyco reserves the right to restrict or decline participation in any specific activity where safety, health, or operational concerns arise.
11. Travel Insurance
Where travel insurance is included or facilitated, such insurance shall be subject strictly to the issuing insurer’s policy terms, coverage limits, exclusions, underwriting criteria, and claims processes. Flyco acts only as a coordinator or facilitator, where applicable, and shall not be responsible for any rejection, limitation, delay, or outcome of any insurance claim. Where insurance is not included, the winner is strongly encouraged to procure his/her own travel insurance.
12. Third-Party Providers
Flights, hotels, transport, meals, attractions, event venues, and activities may be arranged through third party airlines, hotels, operators, merchants, and service providers. All such services are subject to the respective providers’ terms, conditions, carriage rules, cancellation policies, safety requirements, and operational limitations. Flyco shall not be liable for the acts, omissions, defaults, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, closures, force majeure events, service failures, or insolvency of such third-party providers.
13. Itinerary Changes
Flyco reserves the right to amend, reschedule, replace, curtail, or cancel any part of the itinerary, activity, hotel, transport arrangement, meal inclusion, or other trip component where reasonably necessary due to operational requirements, weather, safety, third-party constraints, force majeure, insufficient availability, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond Flyco’s reasonable control. Any substituted component shall be of reasonably similar nature or value where practicable, but no cash alternative shall be due unless otherwise determined by the Promoter.
14. No Cash or Transfer
The Retreat Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, refundable, or redeemable for cash, credit, or other alternatives, whether in whole or in part, except at the sole discretion of the Promoter. The winner may not sell, assign, nominate another traveler, or otherwise transfer any component of the Retreat Prize.
15. Conduct and Compliance
The winner must comply with all instructions, policies, safety measures, local laws, venue rules, airline requirements, hotel policies, and reasonable directions issued by Flyco or third-party providers during the trip. Flyco reserves the right to remove, refuse, or restrict participation of any winner whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, abusive, intoxicated, non-compliant, or likely to adversely affect the safety, enjoyment, or experience of others, without compensation.
16. Failure to Travel / No-Show / Withdrawal
If the winner fails to travel, misses any departure, check-in, activity, or scheduled program, withdraws voluntarily, or is denied boarding or entry for reasons not attributable to Flyco, the relevant portion of the Retreat Prize shall be deemed forfeited and no replacement, refund, or compensation shall be provided.
17. Media, Photography and Publicity
The winner may be photographed, filmed, or recorded during pre-trip, on-trip, or post-trip activities relating to the Retreat Prize. By accepting the Retreat Prize, the winner agrees that the Promoter, Flyco, and their respective agencies may use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, photographs, videos, testimonials, and trip content for publicity, promotional, marketing, social media, internal reporting, and related purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
18. Release and Assumption of Risk
By accepting and participating in the Retreat Prize, the winner acknowledges and accepts that travel and participation may involve risks, including but not limited to flight disruption, illness, injury, property loss, weather events, activity-related incidents, and travel delays. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Promoter, Flyco, and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from and against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the winner’s participation in the Retreat Prize, except to the extent caused by fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, neither the Promoter nor Flyco shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic loss, including loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, loss of income, or additional personal expenses arising from or in connection with the Retreat Prize, travel arrangements, itinerary changes, or participation in any trip component.
20. Data Use for Prize Fulfilment
The winner acknowledges and agrees that personal data may be collected, used, disclosed, and processed by the Promoter, Flyco, and their respective service providers for purposes related to prize fulfilment, verification, travel booking, trip operations, insurance facilitation, emergency management, legal compliance, and administration of the consumer promotion, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Promoter’s and/or Flyco’s privacy policies.
21. Force Majeure
If the Retreat Prize or any part of it cannot be fulfilled, operated, or completed due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil unrest, epidemic, pandemic, border closures, government restrictions, airline disruptions, labour disputes, or supplier failures, the Promoter and/or Flyco reserve the right to cancel, postpone, substitute, modify, or withdraw the Retreat Prize or any component thereof without liability, subject to applicable law.
22. Final Decision
All decisions of the Promoter relating to winner eligibility, verification, forfeiture, substitution, trip fulfilment, and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
