Only MyCoke Members can participate in this Promotion.
Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12.00am NZST on 04 May 2026 and ends at 11.59pm NZDT on 28 June 2026. (the Promotion Period).
How to Enter
1. Purchase any participating Coca‑Cola, Sprite, Fanta, or Lift product.
2. Visit mycoke.co.nz. Register or log in to your MyCoke account, enter the unique code. Failure to complete all sections of the entry form may result in the entry being declared invalid.
3. 1 Unique Code = 1 entry. Entrants may enter a maximum of 5 valid codes a day.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries suspected of being fraudulent or in violation of these terms and conditions.
5. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or delays that may prevent an entrant from successfully submitting an entry.
Prizes
There are six (6) prizes that will be awarded at the end of the Promotional Period. Three (3) of the prizes are for an All Whites NZ Experience in the Stadium, and three (3) of the prizes are for an All Whites NZ Experience at Home.

The total prize pool is $72,600
Prize Distribution
All eligible entries will be entered into the draw for the total prize offering. Six (6) prize winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received throughout the entire promotional period. Of these six (6) winners, three (3) will receive an All Whites NZ Experience – in the Stadium, and the remaining three (3) will receive an All Whites NZ Experience – At Home. The selection will occur at the end of the promotion period on Tuesday, 30th June.
Each MyCoke member can only win once.
Prize Winner Notification and Delivery
Provisional winners will be notified via the e-mail address supplied on the drawn entry form within ten (10) working days of the winning entry being drawn. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information submitted on the entry form.
Unclaimed Prizes
Any Prizes unclaimed or unredeemed within ten (10) working days of end of the Promotion Period will be forfeited. There will not be any unclaimed Prize draw.
Prize Winner Publication
The names of All Whites NZ Experiences winners will be published on the Promotional Website at the end of the Promotion Period.
Prize Details
All Whites NZ Experience – in the Stadium
There are three (3) All Whites NZ Experiences – in the Stadium to be won throughout the Promotion Period. Each winner will receive an all-inclusive experience for themselves and three (3) of their mates in Q4, 2026
The experience is comprised of:
- Return seat & bag airfares from the winner’s nearest domestic airport, to Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch. The game location and date will be confirmed at least six weeks prior to the confirmed match date.
- Return private transfers from the winners home to the airport (within 30km). In the event the winner lives further than 30km from the airport, a $200 petrol voucher plus airport parking cost will be provided.
- Return private transfers from airport to accommodation, and from accommodation to the stadium.
- $1,000 NZD spending money (for the main winner only).
- 2x nights minimum 4-star accommodation (2x double or twin share rooms).
- Tickets to All Whites match in New Zealand in Q4– game date, time and location to be confirmed.
- Hosted in a corporate box including refreshments.
- All Whites merchandise provided as one (1) $600 Puma gift card.
1. The All Whites NZ Experience – in the Stadium has an estimated value of $12,100 NZD.
2. The prize winner must be 18+, or one of the prize winner’s companions needs to be an 18+ guardian.
3. The prize excludes the items listed below (such list is not exhaustive) and are therefore the responsibility of the winner and their companions:
a) All other costs and personal expenses such as shopping, transportation, food and beverage expenses (other than the transportation and food and beverage specified);
b) Accommodation related charges other than the room rates; such as phone calls, laundry, in-room movies, loss of hotel property, damage to hotel property, or any other expenses incurred in the hotel other than those stated above.
4. The Winner and their Companions must be available to travel one day prior and one day post the date of the match.
5. Should a prize winner fail to respond to the Promoter within 10 working days of prize notification, the prize will be forfeited. The Promoter reserves the right to transfer the forfeited prize to a second chance prize draw.
6. If the winner is under 18 years of age at the start of the Promotion, their nominated travelling companion must be a parent or legal guardian who is 18 years of age or older.
7. The Prize must be taken on the dates specified once they are confirmed. All components of the Experience must be taken together Each winner will be solely responsible for their companions, including ensuring that the companion complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Within five days of the winner being notified, each winner must provide the Promoter with their nominated companions' names, ages, contact details, and any special needs (e.g., wheelchair access, dietary requirements).
9. The Prize must not be sold, used, donated or given away as part of another promotion. If the winner declines this Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize within the same Prize conditions. If the redrawn winner does not reply to the Promoter within ten (10) working days of notification of being a Prize winner, the winner’s entry will be declared invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to roll-over the prize into another second chance prize draw.
10. By accepting the Prize, each winner consents to the Promoter providing their personal information to the airline, transfer providers and accommodation providers to make and confirm their bookings. The winner must also assist the Promoter by procuring the written consent of their companions to provide their information as well.
11. Room configuration is double or twin share. Rooms are pre-booked and specific room types are unable to be requested. Room types may vary.
12. The winners will be required to sign a Participation Agreement in the form required by the Promoter, confirming acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry; accepting the Terms and Conditions relating to the use and enjoyment of the Prize; releasing the Promoter, and it’s officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies from any and all liability in connection with this promotion and/or the Prize.
13. Each winner and his/her travelling companion take the Prize entirely at their own risk and may be required to sign a waiver prior to taking the Prize.
14. Each winner must have a valid credit card, which is required for hotel expenses not covered under the Prize.
15. Taking the Prize is also subject to any prevailing terms and conditions of any accommodation / transport / services / transfers / ticket providers, and in particular, of any health, behaviour, age and safety requirements. Any tickets or vouchers issued as part of the Prize are subject to prevailing terms and conditions of use, are only valid for use within the stated duration on the tickets or vouchers issued, and are not replaceable if lost, stolen or damaged.
16. If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Promotion is interfered with or disrupted in any way by a cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, acts of Government, strikes, tampering, computer bugs or viruses or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Promotion.
All Whites NZ Experience – At Home
There are three (3) At Home All Whites NZ Experiences to be won throughout the Promotion Period.
The experience is comprised of:
- A home entertainment system provided as one (1) $5,000 JB HiFi gift card.
- A brand new sofa provided as one (1) $5,000 gift card.
- All Whites merchandise provided as one (1) $600 Puma gift card.
- Sky Sport Now Day Pass, food and drink provided as one (1) $1,500 Prezzy card.
17. The All Whites NZ Experience – At Home has an estimated value of $12,100 NZD.
18. The prize winner must be 16+ and a NZ resident to claim the Prize.
19. Should a prize winner fail to respond to the Promoter within 10 working days of prize notification, the prize will be forfeited. The Promoter reserves the right to transfer the forfeited prize to a second chance prize draw.
20. The Prize must not be sold, used, donated or given away as part of another promotion. If the winner declines this Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize within the same Prize conditions. If the redrawn winner does not reply to the Promoter within ten (10) working days of notification of being a Major Prize winner, the winner’s entry will be declared invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to roll-over the prize into another second chance prize draw.
Standard Conditions of Entry
21. You warrant and agree that your entries will comply with these Terms and Conditions.
22. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion which may occur in the course of the administration of this Promotion.
23. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, or misdirected entries or submission by you.
24. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failures, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration or non-receipt of an entrant’s communications. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions (such as problems with telephone networks or lines, computer systems or software or internet service providers) or any failure of any internet communication or telephone communication to be received by the Promoter (whether as a result of technical problems or traffic congestion on any carrier network, on the internet or at any website). To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any injury or damage to any entrant’s (or any other person’s) computer or resulting from or otherwise relating to participation in this Promotion (including by downloading materials relating to this Promotion).
25. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as reasonably required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the Prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter's reasonable discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win.
26. Entrants must comply with all requirements of the Promoter including requirements specified in the Terms and Conditions. If an entrant enters or attempts to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in the Promoter’s opinion, is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or is fraudulent or unjust to other entrants (such as hacking, cheating, deception, or any other unfair playing practices), the entry may be rejected at the Promoter’s reasonable discretion. The Promoter may, at its reasonable discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid if the entrant:
a. fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Promotion to the Promoter's reasonable satisfaction;
b. tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion;
c. submits an entry which in the Promoter's reasonable opinion is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
d. acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person in relation to the Promotion;
e. in the reasonable opinion of Promoter, engages in conduct in entering the Promotion, which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter;
f. breaches any law.
27. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. Entry is conditional on providing this information. By entering this Promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use the entrant’s personal information to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including to send electronic messages or telephone the entrant in relation to the Promotion).
28. The Promoter may, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and other suppliers for the purposes of this promotion. The Promoter will use and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Coca‑Cola Oceania Limited Privacy Policy that can be accessed by https://www.coca-cola.com/nz/en/legal/privacy-policy . The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information, how entrants may complain about a breach of the New Zealand Information Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. Winners should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter at the postal address provided above.
29. Each winner has rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which cannot be excluded or limited by the Promoter. These rights include statutory guarantees that any goods provided by the Promoter will be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose, and that any services provided by the Promoter will be rendered with due care and skill. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and/or Fair-Trading Act 1986. However, to the extent that it is permitted by law to do so, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, under laws other than the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 regarding the quality or suitability of the Prizes awarded as part of this Promotion and will not be responsible for breach of such representations or warranties.
30. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its related companies and Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners (NZ) Limited and agencies and all those entities' personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any person in connection with the Promotion or Prize, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death. Nothing in these Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a person’s rights under the Fair-Trading Act 1986 (NZ) (the “Non-Excludable Rights”).
31. If, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, any aspect of the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, or the conduct or operation of the Promotion is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, acts of Government, civil unrest, strikes, tampering, computer bugs or viruses or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to, in its reasonable discretion, cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or recommence the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, at any time without prior notice, subject to any applicable law. Any cancellation, termination, modification, suspension or recommencement of the Promotion will be notified on the Promotional Website.
32. If the Prizes are unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to applicable law.
33. The Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for claims, losses (including loss of opportunity), damages, injuries, costs and/or expenses, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, suffered, sustained or incurred as a result of, or arising in any way out of, or in any way connected with, the Promotion or any Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).
34. The winners of a Prize consent to: (i) the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including any photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media worldwide for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion, the Promoter and/or Coca‑Cola beverages; and (ii) the Promoter authorizing its related companies and Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners (NZ) Limited to do anything that the winner or their companion consents to the Promoter doing under this condition.
35. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred as a result of an entrant winning a Prize. Entrants should obtain independent tax and financial advice.
