TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
PROMOTION
1. The Promoter of this Promotion is Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners New Zealand Limited, The Oasis, 19 Carbine Road, Mt Wellington, Auckland (“Promoter”).
2. Information regarding prizes and how to enter the Promotion forms part of these terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions). Entry into the Promotion is deemed as acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
3. You must be a New Zealand resident and aged 18 years or older to enter.
4. Employees of the Promoter, any agency and Participating Store associated with the Promotion, and the immediate families of such employees, are ineligible to enter. The Promoter’s decision as to eligibility will be final.
HOW TO ENTER
5. The Promotion begins at 12.00am on 27 October 2025 and ends at 11.59pm on 25 January 2026 (Promotion Period). No entries will be accepted outside the Promotion Period.
6. Buy any two Coca‑Cola products in one transaction from a Participating Store (Qualifying Purchase) and scan the QR code in-store to enter online. Entrant must enter the last four digits of the barcode from the Qualifying Purchase as part of the online form. Failure to complete all sections of the entry form may result in the entry being declared invalid.
7. The Promotion will only be valid in stores as identified by the display of in-store promotional material for this Promotion (Participating Stores). Purchases made from stores not participating in the Promotion will not be valid.
8. One (1) Qualifying Purchase equals one (1) entry. Fill in a separate online entry form for each Qualifying Purchase. Although multiple entries per person are permitted, entrants cannot submit more than one entry for each Qualifying Purchase.
9. You must keep the original itemized purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries suspected of being fraudulent or in violation of these terms and conditions.
10. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or delays that may prevent an entrant from successfully submitting an entry.
11. Each participant is limited to five (5) entries per day.
PRIZE DETAILS
There are 16 prizes in total to be won. There are three (3) VIP Experience at Electric Avenue for three (3) winners and one (1) companion per winner worth NZ$5,420 to be won during the Promotion Period (Major Prize). There are thirteen (13) Electric Avenue Double Passes valued at $360 each to be won (Minor Prize). The total prize pool value is NZ$20,940. Event will take place on the 27 and 28 of February 2026 at Hagley Park, Christchurch, and winners and companion must be available to attend on these dates. Winner plus companion must be 18 years and over.
MAJOR PRIZE
12. Major Prize winners must be available for travel between 27th – 28th February 2026 to Hagley Park, Christchurch. Major Prize winners will be drawn on 28th January 2026. The Major Prize comprises of:
- A double VIP pass to Electric Avenue Music Festival (27th – 28th February 2026)
- Two return economy class airfares with checked baggage flying from the winner’s closest domestic airport to Christchurch
- 2 nights 4-star accommodation (double or twin share subject to availability) including breakfast
- Return airport to accommodation transfers for two in Christchurch only
- $1,000 Spending Money for the winner only.
MINOR PRIZE
13. There are thirteen (13) Electric Avenue Double Passes valued at $360 each to be won. Minor Prize winners will be drawn on a weekly basis on a Wednesday over thirteen (13) weeks. The first weekly draw will be on November 5, 2025, and the last Minor Prize winner will be drawn on January 28, 2026. The first valid entry drawn randomly each week from the entries received in the relevant week will win the Minor Prize. If no valid entries are received and no Minor Prize winners are determined in a given week, the Minor Prize for that week will be carried forward and awarded in the following week’s draw, selected from all valid entries received during that following week. All Minor Prizes will be given away before February 1, 2026.
14. $500 Spending Money for the winner only.
15. The Minor Prize has an approximate value of up to NZ$860 each. The Prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the winner elects to receive a cash alternative. The winner may elect to receive a cash alternative of NZ$860 in lieu of the Minor Prize. This election must be made in writing to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified as the winner. The choice for a cash alternative is subject to the Promoter’s approval at its sole discretion. If the winner elects to receive the cash alternative, they forfeit all rights to the Minor Prize.
PRIZE DRAW AND NOTIFICATION
16. The winners will be randomly selected using a pre-selected, random, computer-generated winning timestamp tool. The Major Prize winners will be drawn from all eligible entries.
17. Each entrant may win a maximum of one (1) Minor Prize and one (1) Major Prize throughout the entire Promotion Period. If an entrant wins a Minor Prize in any weekly draw, they will be excluded from winning any further Minor Prizes in subsequent weekly draws but will remain eligible for the Major Prize draw.
18. The winners will be notified via the e-mail address supplied on the drawn entry form within ten (10) working days of the winning entry being drawn. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information submitted on the entry form.
19. If the Prize winners cannot be contacted within five (5) working days of the initial notification attempt, or if the e-mail address is incorrect, or if the winner the prize will be forfeited, and a redraw will occur. By entering this Promotion and accepting its terms and conditions, participants grant the Promoter consent to publicly announce the winners’ names on the promotion website.
20. The Prize will be sent out to the winner’s e-mail address once the winner has been verified.
21. Winners and their companions will have to provide a valid photo ID for verification.
22. Once a Prize winner has been successfully contacted and verified, they must claim their prize within ten (10) working days of first being notified. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Prize. No further unclaimed prize draw will be conducted.
PRIZE CONDITIONS

24. The Prize is not transferable, redeemable, and may not be exchanged for cash.
25. The Promoters and the agencies and companies associated with the promotion are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, illness or death suffered in connection with this promotion or any prize, except for any liability under which statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law)
26. If any Prize item is unavailable, despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure it, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize of equal or greater value.
27. Each Festival Experience excludes the items listed below (such list is not exhaustive) and are therefore the responsibility of the winner and his/her companion:
a) All other costs and personal expenses such as shopping, transportation (other than the transportation specified), food and beverage expenses and taxes;
b) Accommodation related charges other than the room rates; such as phone calls, laundry, in-room movies, loss of hotel property, damage to hotel property, or any other expenses incurred in the hotel other than those stated above;
c) Transfers to/from the winners closest international airport or Passport costs.
28. The Festival Experience must be taken on the dates specified under Prize. No alterations, extensions or variation on these travel dates is permitted. Selection of airline, departure times, accommodation venue and shuttle provider (if applicable) is at the Promoter’s discretion at the time of booking. All components of the Festival Experience must be taken together. No changes or additions to the booking accepted. Each winner will be solely responsible for their companion, including ensuring that the companion complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
29. It is the responsibility of the winner and their companion to meet any health and safety requirements applicable to the Prize (for example, in relation to COVID-19), including (but not limited to) obtaining any pre-departure forms, tests or checks, or any other requirements, such as performing and returning negative COVID-19 tests, as may be required by third parties.
30. Each winner must notify the Promoter of the name, age and contact details of the person that the winner wishes to nominate as their companion, along with any special needs or requirements (such as whether wheelchair access is required, any dietary requirements etc.) within five (5) days of being notified that they are a winner.
31. The Festival Experience must not be sold, used, donated or given away as part of another promotion. If the winner declines the Festival Experience, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize within the same Prize conditions. If the redrawn winner does not reply to the Promoter within ten (10) working days of notification of being a Festival Experience winner, the winner’s entry will be declared invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to roll-over the prize into the second chance prize draw.
32. By accepting the Festival Experience, each winner consents to the Promoter providing their personal information to the airline, transfer providers and accommodation providers to make and confirm their bookings. The winner must also assist the Promoter by procuring the written consent of their companions to provide their information as well.
33. Room configuration is double or twin share. Rooms are pre-booked and specific room types are unable to be requested. Room types may vary.
34. The winners will be required to sign a Participation Agreement in the form required by the Promoter, confirming acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry; accepting the Terms and Conditions relating to the use and enjoyment of the Festival Experience; releasing the Promoter, and it’s officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies from any and all liability in connection with this promotion and/or the Festival Experience.
35. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity of any entrant (including an entrant's identity, age, city/town of residence and place of employment) and to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or an entrant has behaved or is suspected to have behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
36. Each winner and his/her companion take the Festival Experience entirely at their own risk and may be required to sign a waiver prior to taking the Prize.
37. Each winner must have a valid credit card, which is required for hotel expenses not covered under the Festival Experience.
38. Winners must take responsibility of any visa or entry requirements such as ESTA visa.
39. Taking the Festival Experience is also subject to any prevailing terms and conditions of any accommodation / transport / services / transfers / ticket providers, and in particular, of any health, behaviour, age and safety requirements. Any tickets or vouchers issues as part of the Festival Experience are subject to prevailing terms and conditions of use, are only valid for use within the stated duration on the tickets or vouchers issued, and are not replaceable if lost, stolen or damaged. 40. In the event of a dispute concerning any aspect of the competition including eligibility the decision of the Promoters will be final. No correspondence concerning any decision made by the Promoters will be entered into.
GENERAL
41. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
42. Entrants must comply with all requirements of the Promoter including requirements specified in the Terms and Conditions. If an entrant enters or attempts to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in the Promoter’s opinion, is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or is fraudulent or unjust to other entrants (such as hacking, cheating, deception, or any other unfair playing practices), the entry may be rejected at the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid if the entrant:
(a) fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Promotion to the Promoter's satisfaction;
(b) tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion;
(c) submits an entry which in the Promoter's opinion is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
(d) acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person;
(e) in the opinion of Promoter, engages in conduct in entering the Promotion, which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter;
(f) breaches any law; or
(g) behaves in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.
43. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. Entry is conditional on providing this information. By entering this Promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use the entrant’s personal information to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including to send electronic messages or telephone the entrant in relation to the Promotion).
44. The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate the competition and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
45. The Promoter may, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and other suppliers for the purposes of this promotion. The details of winners will be held in accordance with the Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners Privacy Policy that can be accessed by visiting https://www.cocacolaep.com/nz/company/privacy-policy/ The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information, how entrants may complain about a breach of the New Zealand Information Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. Winners should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter at the postal address provided above.
46. If, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, any aspect of the Promotion is not capable or running as planned, or the conduct or operation of the Promotion is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, acts of Government, civil unrest, strikes, tampering, computer bugs or viruses or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or recommence the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, at any time without prior notice, subject to any applicable law.
47. The Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for claims, losses (including loss of opportunity), damages, injuries, costs and/or expenses, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, suffered, sustained or incurred as a result of, or arising in any way out of, or in any way connected with, the Promotion or any Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law)
48. The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from the winner winning the Prize. Winners should seek independent financial advice.
