Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12.00am NZDST on 27 December 2024 and ends at 11.59pm NZDST on 5 January 2025. (the Promotion Period). 

How to Enter

  1. Scan the QR code at the L&P Can Van
  2. Enter your details and you will be advised if you have won an instant prize. You may enter once only per day.
  3. Show your instant win to the L&P Can Van team and they will give you your prize.  

Prizes

There are more than 1000 instant win prizes that will be awarded based on random pre-determined set times during the Promotional Period as selected by a computerised random system.  Prizes include bags, tea towels and hats.

Standard Conditions of Entry

  1. You warrant and agree that your entries will comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion which may occur in the course of the administration of this Promotion. 
  3. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. Entry is conditional on providing this information. By entering this Promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use the entrant’s personal information to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including to send electronic messages or telephone the entrant in relation to the Promotion).
  4. The Promoter may, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and other suppliers for the purposes of this promotion. The Promoter will use and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Coca‑Cola Oceania Limited Privacy Policy that can be accessed by https://www.coca-cola.com/nz/en/legal/privacy-policy . The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information, how entrants may complain about a breach of the New Zealand Information Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. Winners should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter at the postal address provided above.
