These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information. 

 

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy found at https://www.coca-cola.com/gb/en/legal/privacy-policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility

  1. The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) only, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of Coca‑Cola Great Britain, Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners, their affiliates, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. 
  2. Entrants must be 18 years or over  
  3. Internet access and registration required. 
  4. No Purchase Necessary. Scan the QR Code on pack to enter via the downloaded Coca‑Cola App. 
  5. Entry is only valid via the Coca‑Cola App with registration. 
  6. Entry into the promotion via the Coca‑Cola App will give entrants the opportunity to enter via Instant Win and/also give them auto-entry into the next available Grand Prize Draw. 
  7. Maximum 2 Instant Win App entries per person per day, with automatic entry into the relevant Grand Prize Draw. Maximum 2 entries per day into the Mop Up Draw. 
  8. Maximum of 1 win per person per prize type during the promotion, including the Mop Up Draw Period.    
  9. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates, or aliases will be accepted. No incomplete, corrupted entries, or multiple entries from the same person beyond the daily limit will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered. 

 

Promotional Period

10. The Main Promotional period for the chance to win Instant Win Xmas themed merchandise prizes and be automatically entered into the relevant weekly Grand Prize Draw runs from 09:00 on 03.11.25 and closes at 08:59 on 29.12.25.

  3. The auto-entries into the Grand Prize draws (8 in total) will take place following the end of the previous week as indicated, with all valid entries from the preceding week being entered into the draw.

  2. For the draws entries will only be considered for the relevant draw entered and will not roll over. Entries outside of the outside of the times and dates indicated will not be valid and thus no opportunities to win will occur. 

 

How to Enter 
 

  1. To enter for a chance and win, scan the QR code on pack to launch or download Coca‑Cola App from the App Store or Google Play Store. 

 

  1. Once the Coke App is downloaded, entrants will be required to login or create an account on the App, providing their full name, date of birth and a valid email address (which is personal and accessible throughout the promotion). This email address must belong only to the entrant and cannot be used by another entrant.  

 

  1. For the chance to enter the promotion you will need to submit an entry at any time during the promotional period within the daily entry limits for the Instant win element of the promotion (maximum 2 entries per day) and be automatically entered into the relevant Weekly Grand Prize Draw. 

 

  1. Entrants have a maximum of 2 entries per day into the Mop Up Draw. 
     

 

 

Instant Win 
 

 

  1. To enter the promotion, follow the instructions above and enter via “Instant win” 
     
     
  1. During the promotional period, App Instant Win prizes have been randomly allocated and linked to open ‘winning moments’ that have been randomly pre-selected by a secure independently verified computer programme. There are 13,200 winning moments available throughout the promotional period. The first person to enter at the same time or be the first after any allocated winning moment will have been deemed to have won. All 13,200 prizes are available to be won but may not be won if not all the winning moments are matched. 
     
  2. If your entry coincides with a “winning moment” or is the first after, you will win the allotted prize which will be detailed on screen. 

 

  1. The winning moments are available to be won throughout the entire promotional period. Prizes will roll over from day to day and week to week, until the end of the promotion and thus are available to be won throughout the promotional period. 
     

 

  1. The promoter reserves the right to add any prizes not won to the Mop Up Draw.  
     
     
  2. On entry, all valid entrants will then see immediately if, during the Main Promotional Period, they are a winner of an Instant Win prize or not and will receive confirmation of their entry into the Weekly Grand Prize Draw. 

 

  1. Any entry received after the Main Promotional Period ending 08:59 on 28.12.25 but by 09:00 on 05.01.26 will be entered into the Mop Up Draw only. 
     
  2. Entrants can only enter 2 times per day into the Instant Win App promotion.  
     
  3. Only valid entry information will be accepted, and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and reject any inappropriate entries. All entry information is subject to verification and interrogation. Entry information or may not be sold or exchanged.  
     
  4. In the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to gather information or obtain further evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the entry/win.  

 

Weekly Grand Prize Draw 
 

  1. Upon entering the Instant Win promotion, all valid entrants will receive an onscreen message confirming their entry into the Weekly Grand Prize Draw.  

 

  1. Winners only will be informed via email within 2 working days of the relevant Grand Prize Draw taking place that they have won a prize from their respective draw. Please see above for all draw dates. All valid entries will have an equal and random chance of winning across the relevant Grand Prize Draws which will be carried out via an independently verified computer programme process for each of the prizes.  
     
    31. A Sweden Winter Wonderland trip will be available to be won each week in the Grand Prize Draw  
     
    Prizes for the first 5 draws will be for trips that take place 11-14th March 2026 
     
    Prizes for the last 3 draws will be for trips that take place 18th – 21st March 2026 

 

 

  1. The Weekly Prize Draws will take place each Monday with all valid entries submitted the previous Monday to Monday entered within each draw.  
     
  1. Entries will not be carried forward to subsequent draws. 
     

 

Mop Up Draw 
 

  1. Entries submitted outside the Main Promotional Period will not be included in any of the Instant Win or Weekly Grand Prize Draws. However, entries received between 09:01 on 28.12.25 and 08:59 on 05.01.26 will be entered into a Mop Up Draw only. The Mop Up Draw period lasts 1 week only. 

 

  1. This additional Mop Up Draw to win 1 x £20 Lifestyle Food Voucher, plus any prizes that have not been won in the Main Promotional period, will take place after 09:00 on 05.01.26.

Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No cash alternatives or other alternative prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prize will only be awarded directly to the Winner.

Winner selection and notification 
 

Main Promotional Period – Instant Win App

 

  1. Instant Win prize winners will be notified via an onscreen message immediately after entry and confirmation of their prize and claim details will be sent in a confirmation email within 7 working days (using the email address submitted upon entry) to confirm their win (subject to verification) and the next stages of the claim, to receive addresses to start the prize fulfilment process. 

 

  1. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then after successful contact, to receive the relevant information to allow fulfilment of the claim (the merchandise prizes) and arranging the prize dispatch. Regular reminder emails (2) will be sent out to winners until they either redeem their prize in full or the Promoter forfeits the prize. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. If a winner has not responded to notifications after 14 working days or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to forfeit this origin win and to reallocate the prize if possible, or add to the Mop up Draw. Winners should retain their notification email message until their win has been verified. 

 

  1. All Instant Win prize merchandise will be delivered via secure, tracked delivery within 28 days of receiving notice of successful verification. 
     
  2. Delivery is available to addresses within England, Scotland and Wales only; Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available. We will endeavour to get products delivered to winners as quickly as possible; The winner is responsible for ensuring that any delivery note is checked on receipt.

Main Promotional Period – Weekly Grand Prize Draw 
 

  1. During the promotion, those consumers that have entered for the chance to win Instant Win prizes will automatically be entered into the Weekly Grand Prize Draw based upon the date and time of entry.  

 

  1. Entry draws will take place via an independently audited and verified Prize Draw programme. See details of the breakdown of entry periods and corresponding Prize Draw above. 

 

  1. Weekly Grand Prize Draws will be held on the dates and times stated. The draw will take place every Monday and will include all valid entries received in the previous week (Monday to Monday).  
     
  2. Winners only, will be sent a confirmation email (using the email address submitted upon entry) to confirm their win (subject to verification) within 2 working days of the relevant draw taking place and will then be contacted by email to ensure the prize fulfilment can take place. 
     
  3. Prize is valid for travel on the dates specified Exclusions apply, booking subject to availability and will be discussed with the winner as part of the booking and prize fulfilment.  
     
  4. The winner and guest (both of whom must be over 18) are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prize, including the necessary travel insurance and will need to have a current and valid credit card to check-in at their hotel accommodation for security deposit purposes. The Promoter will take no responsibility for this.  
     
  5. Economy flights available from major international airports in United Kingdom only. Flights will be selected by Prize Provider and not all routings will be available. Winner and guest must have full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel. Any necessary visas are responsibility of winner and guest. 
     
  6. Winners need to be aware of the activities associated with the prize and be able to participate where relevant to enjoy the prize. 
     
  7. Winner and guest will provide all requested information pertaining personal information that will allow tickets for travel, accommodation, and activities to be issued not limited to e.g., passport, date of birth, nationality, covid vaccination status in the format requested by the Promoter.  
     
  8. The winner and their guest must not have any limitations upon their ability or rights to travel to and from both the destination and the departing country. The right to refuse entry to either country is held by Passport control and countries’ authorities. The Promoter and the Prize Provider, accepts no responsibility for ensuring the winner or their guest are able to travel and are not responsible for any costs incurred should entry be refused by Passport control or the countries authorities. 
     
  9. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible to abide by destination countries laws and regulations. 
     
  10. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any goods or services provided outside of the allocated winning prize. 
     
  11. Winner and travel companions are responsible for complying with any COVID-19 requirements that may be required and set forth by the Promotor, airline, hotels/accommodations, venues, or other vendors offering services that are part of the trip prize. Failure to comply with any required COVID-19 requirements, may result in forfeiture of select elements of the prize or the entire prize.  
     
  12. Any changes made to the booking following confirmation will incur an amendment charge, which will need to be covered by the winner.  

 

  1.   1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted and the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate, if time permits, using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions or to add to the Mop Up Draw. 

 

Notification Mop Up Draw (process as per weekly draw) 

 

 

  1. The Mop Up Draw winner will be contacted by the Promoter by email with details of the next steps and claim process within 7 working days of the Mop Up Prize Draw taking place.  

 

  1. There will be a total of one (1) Mop Up Draw winner, however, the Promoter reserves the right to add any unclaimed online prizes to this Mop Up Draw for the entrants only. All processes will follow the details as indicated in the Weekly Prize Draws.  

 

  1. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then after successful contact, to receive the relevant information to allow fulfilment of the claim and arranging the prize dispatch. Regular reminder emails (up to 2) will be sent out to winners until they either redeem their prize in full or the Promoter forfeits the prize. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. If a winner has not responded to notifications after 14 working days or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to forfeit this origin win and to reallocate the prize if possible, to the reserve drawn next in line in the Mop Up Draw. Winners should retain their notification email message until their win has been verified. This process will continue until all winners and reserves for any prizes outstanding have been contacted as detailed. The reserve winner contacting process will continue until up to two (2) reserves have been contacted for any outstanding prize. Any prizes that have not been claimed after this process has been executed will be withdrawn from the promotion. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner. 

 

 

General Information

 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize, withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. 

 

  1. A list of Grand Prize winners’ surnames and their counties will be available by submitting your request to the relevant page on the website: https://www.coca-cola.com/gb/en/about-us/contact-us - select the ‘I have a question’ from the first drop down, complete your details and press submit within 3 months of the promotion closing. The promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. Should a winner object to their information being made available, they should contact the Promoter by the same link but filling in details on the winner restrictions part of the form. The promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the relevant Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. 

 

  1. Winners may be required, if they consent, to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion without further remuneration. 

 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to add more prizes into the main promotion. Winners only will be notified in line with these Terms and Conditions. 

 

  1. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion. 

 

  1. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. 

 

  1. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize/gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.  

 

  1. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the application process or operation of the website or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the promotion. 

 

  1. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoter’s control, the App may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the App. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event. 

 

  1. Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for: 
    1. Any faulty, incorrect, errors or failed electronic data transmissions. 
    2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion; 
    3. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof; 
    4. Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion. 

 

  1. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect. 

 

  1. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by the relevant local courts who shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to, or concerning these Terms. 

 

  1. We do not permit the use of temporary, anonymised, relay, forwarding or otherwise masked email addresses, including but not limited to those ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com. These services may interfere with the secure delivery of administrative communications, winner prize confirmations, and important notifications. 

 

 

Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose unless we have your consent and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
