Terms and Conditions 

Promoter

Promoter Coca‑Cola South Pacific Pty Ltd (ABN 50 003 029 794), Level 9, 40 Mount Street, North Sydney, Australia, 2060 (CCSP).
 

Competition Period

12.01am (AEST) on 02/09/2025 to 11.59pm (AEDT) on 03/11/2025.
 

Who can enter?

Only Australian residents who are aged 15 years or over.

If you are under 18, you must get approval from your parent/guardian before you enter and if you will be under 18 on the date the prize is awarded, it will be awarded to your parent or guardian.  By approving your participation or by accepting any prize on your behalf, your parent or guardian accepts these terms and conditions.
 

Who can't enter?

Directors, officers, management, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of:

(a) the Promoter; and

(b) the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this competition.

Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
 

Where will the competition run? 

The competition will run in participating retail/grocery (including petrol, convenience and any third party delivery services) stores (Stores) (including the online websites for those Stores) and participating cinemas (Cinemas) in Australia where the below products are sold and where promotional point of sale (POS) material is advertised (see “Qualifying Purchase” section below).

For clarity, liquor licensed venues and restaurants are excluded.

Qualifying Purchase

In Stores, where promotional POS material is advertised, any Fanta pack.

Qualifying Purchases may (but do not have to) include any specially marked Universal City Studios/Scott Cawthon Productions themed product (while stocks last).

In Cinemas, where promotional POS material is advertised any specially marked 32oz Frozen or Soft Drink cup (while stocks last).

Any Cinema cup Qualifying Purchase that is purchased in a participating Cinema where promotional POS material is advertised or via app order for that Cinema will be deemed a Qualifying Purchase.

Frozen flavours and Soft Drink flavours will vary by Cinema location.
 

Entry instructions 

To enter, you must:

(a) make a Qualifying Purchase from a Store or Cinema;

(b) then, during the Competition Period: 

(i) scan the QR code on the Qualifying Purchase or on promotional POS material (in-Store or in-Cinema) with your smart phone OR visit the Website; and

(ii) locate the entry page and fill out and submit the online entry form to register an account, including by providing the last 4 digits of the Qualifying Purchase barcode, the details of where you made your Qualifying Purchase and providing all other requested information, to see if you have won an instant prize and to receive 1 entry into the major prize draw.

The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry. 

If you have won an instant win prize, you will be requested (on screen) to provide your mailing address (for the Fanta Branded Sock prize to be sent to you, if you have won that prize), or you will otherwise receive an email with details on how to claim your instant win prize (see “What can I win?” section below for more details).
 

How are instant win prize/s awarded?

All instant win prizes will be determined using a computerised random system at The Coca‑Cola Company, 1 Coca‑Cola Pl SE, Atlanta, GA 30313, United States of America (The Coca‑Cola Company).

There are up to 4,500 instant win prizes in total that will be awarded based on random pre-determined set times during the Competition Period as selected by the computerised random system at The Coca‑Cola Company.
 

How many winners will there be and how will they be chosen? 

There will be 3 drawn winners determined in respect of this competition.

There will be 1 draw conducted. 

The draw will be held at 12pm (AEDT) on 18/11/2025 at Handling Matters, Unit 40/1-5 Thew Parade, Cromer NSW 2099.

The first 3 valid entries drawn randomly from the entries received during the Competition Period (including previous instant win prize winning entries) will each win a major prize. 

The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants). 
 

What can I win?

There are up to 4,503 prizes available – up to 4,500 instant win prizes and 3 major prizes, as follows:

Instant win prizes

Strike Escape Room Vouchers Terms and Conditions:

• Escape Room experience for the winner and 5 friends only;
• The experience is up to 60 minutes maximum in duration but may be less if you escape the room before the allotted time;
• The Strike Escape Room Voucher is redeemable at any Strike Bowling Venue that has Escape Rooms or at Hijnx Hotel in South Australia; and
• Cannot be used with any other offer, must be booked and used by 01/12/2026, subject to availability. Adults only post 8pm.

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Escape Room Voucher are not included. Redemption of the Escape Room Voucher is subject to the associated terms and conditions located at https://strikebowling.com.au/activities/escape-rooms and https://strikebowling.com.au/house-rules .

If you win an Escape Room Voucher prize and are a South Australia resident, you can use your prize at Hijinx Hotel, Rundle Place, Level 1, 77/91 Rundle Mall, Adelaide SA 5000.

If you win an Escape Room Voucher prize, and are a Northern Territory or Tasmania resident, you will instead receive an alternative prize of an Adrenaline Prezzee e-Gift Card valued at $150.

Any ancillary costs associating with redeeming the Prezzee eGift Card are not included. Redemption of the Prezzee eGift Card is subject to terms and conditions, including validity period, as specified by the card issuer. Any unused balance of the Prezzee Card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the Prezzee Card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Prezzee Card. If you win an Event Cinema Prize and are an ACT resident, you will instead receive an alternative prize of a Palace Cinema e-Gift card to the value of $150 to be used at Palace Electric Cinemas, 2 Phillip Law Street, Canberra ACT.

Redemption of the Palace Cinema e-Gift card is subject to terms and conditions, including validity period, as specified by the card issuer. Any unused balance of the Palace Cinema e-Gift card will not be awarded as cash. Valid for 3 years, Palace Cinema e-Gift card can be redeemed online or at any Palace Cinema owned and or operated locations excluding South Australia and Luna Cinemas.  Gold Class eVoucher Terms and Conditions:

This voucher is valid for one Gold Class movie session admission. Voucher can be redeemed online at villagecinemas.com.au, eventcinemas.com.au or at the ticket box for movie sessions at participating cinema locations*. Seating is subject to availability.  Please redeem this voucher for a seat to your selected movie session. Not valid for group bookings, special events, movie marathons or in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise stated. Patrons must be 18 years or older to consume alcohol. ID will be required. A surcharge applies for 3D sessions. Booking fees may apply. It is the responsibility of the holder to redeem vouchers for a movie session scheduled on or before they expire. Vouchers are not refundable, not transferrable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash or other gift products. Lost and expired vouchers will not be extended, replaced or exchanged for cash. *Refer to villagecinemas.com.au or eventcinemas.com.au for applicable locations.

Medium Combo eVoucher Terms and Conditions:

This eVoucher will expire on the date indicated. This eVoucher entitles the holder to 1 x Medium Popcorn and 1 x Medium Drink at Village Cinemas, Event Cinemas, BCC or Greater Union Candy Bar or Scoop Alley locations. Not valid for use at Moonlight Cinemas or Skyline Drive In. Not valid for use in ACT. In Cinema redemption only. eVoucher can only be redeemed for the above listed menu items. Additional items must be paid for separately and are the responsibility of the purchaser.. Do not share or disclose the barcode or PIN details to ensure your eVoucher remains secure. Barcodes cannot be used more than once. eVouchers will be void if they are defaced, mutilated or tampered with in any way, or if the eVoucher barcode is illegible. Valid for use in Australia only. Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard terms and conditions:

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard are not included. The Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of the Digital Vault Pays-enabled Mastercard any unused balance will be forfeited. You will not receive notice prior to expiry. Card expiry and balance can be found on your mobile device in your digital wallet. The Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard is issued by EML Payment Solutions Limited (ABN 30 131 436 532) AFSL 404131 pursuant to license by Mastercard.  See www.vaultps.com.au/terms for terms and conditions. Mastercard and the circles design are registered trademarks of Mastercard International Incorporated.

Upon verification, prize link will be sent to the winners by email (to the email specified on the winner's entry form).  The prize link must be opened on a mobile device. The winners then need to activate the card using the Vault app.  Once activated, the card can be added to the winner's phone’s digital wallet (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay) and can be used for purchasing goods and services where the card is accepted for electronic transactions (excluding transactions at ATMs or over the counter at financial institutions).  The card cannot be used as a credit card and cannot be linked to any deposit account.

Major prizes

There are 3 major prizes available to be won.

Each major prize is a Free2Travel Voucher valued at $13,500, to help design your holiday which could go towards the following travel services: flights, accommodation, day tours, attractions, travel insurance, car hire, concerts, dining and special interest trips, as available.

Additional major prize terms and conditions:

• All travel is subject to availability at all times and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with an accommodation partner.
• Major prize must be redeemed 12 months from the date the winner is drawn.
• All travel is subject to availability at all times and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with an accommodation partner.
• All bookings and documentation regarding the major prize must be made via Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd  (ABN 96 101 233 569) or their agents.
• Redeeming the major prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices.
• No portion of the major prize is redeemable for cash. The major prize is not refundable or transferable.
• In the event the winner is under the age of 18 years, they must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
• The major prize winner is responsible for any amendment fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed.
• The major prize winner is responsible for any additional taxes and/or resort fees associated with the chosen accommodation, unless otherwise stated.
• Any additional spending money, meals (other than those included) and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the major prize package descriptions above are the responsibility of the major prize winner and their nominated traveling companion(s) as incurred.
• It is the major prize winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point.

There is a limit of one major prize per person (except for SA residents).

There is no limit to how many instant win prizes a person can win.

The major prize is subject to any applicable law or guidelines including in relation to a pandemic, any travel/government restrictions/directives, border closures, health advice and the like.

If you take any companion(s) as part of the major prize, by accepting or participating in the major prize, your companion(s) (if applicable) accepts these Terms and Conditions.  
 

Total prize pool

The instant win prize pool is up to $150,200.

The major prize pool is up to $40,500.

The overall total prize pool is up to $190,700.
 

How many times can I enter?

You can enter once per day, provided you only enter once per Qualifying Purchase and per Qualifying Purchase barcode.  Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 
 

How and when will the winner/s be informed?

For all instant win prizes, winners will be notified instantly on screen at the time of entering if they have won a prize, and if so, details on how to verify their entry and claim their prize. 

If you have won a Fanta Branded Sock prize, you will be requested (on screen) to provide your mailing address for the prize to be sent to you.

Major prize winners will be notified by phone and in writing by email within 7 days of determination and will have their first name initial, last name and postcode published on the Website on 02/12/2025 for a period of 28 days.
 

Proof of purchase

You must keep the following as proof of purchase for all entries:

• Qualifying Purchase barcode/s.

If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize. 

Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry. 

If, in the Promoter's opinion based on the available information, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize. 
 

Unclaimed prize/s

Instant win prizes

There will be no unclaimed instant win prizes.  Any un-won instant win prizes will be forfeited.

Instant win prizes (excluding the Fanta Branded Sock prize) will be automatically awarded to winners via email to the email address associated with their entry. It is an entrant's responsibility to ensure that they enter their email address correctly. If they fail to enter their email address correctly, the prize will be forfeited.

Similarly, winners of the Fanta Branded Sock instant win prize are responsible for providing their correct mailing address (when requested on screen) for the prize to be posted to them, and if they fail to do so, the prize will be forfeited.

Major prizes

Major prize claim date: By 5pm (AEDT) on 18/12/2025. 

Unclaimed major prize determination: 12pm (AEDT) on 19/12/2025 at the same location as the original draw.

If a major prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entries will be discarded and the Promoter will re-award the relevant major prize/s to Reserve Entrant/s and/or carry out an unclaimed prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the major prize/s amongst valid entrants who (if possible) have not already won an unclaimed major prize.  Any winner/s will be informed by phone in writing by email within 7 days of determination and will also have their first name initial, last name and postcode published on the Website on 22/12/2025 for a period of 28 days.

If any prize remains un-won at the end of this competition, or if a prize winner cannot be found, that information will be published on the Website on 19/01/2026.
 

Collection and use of your personal information

If you are a winner, you and (if applicable) your companion/s must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation.  You/your companion/s consent to the Promoter using your name/s and image/s in any promotional or advertising activity.

The Promoter may collect your/your companion/s’ personal information directly or through the Promoter's agents or contractors.  The Promoter will use your/your companion/s’ personal information to conduct and manage the competition. The Promoter may disclose your/your companion/s’ personal information to the Promoter's related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this competition, communicating with you/your companion/s or storing data. This may include disclosures to organisations outside Australia including in places such as the United States, New Zealand and Singapore.

If you have marked the “opt-in” box on the entry form, you consent to the Promoter keeping your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging provided that where required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Promoter includes a functional unsubscribe facility in each direct marketing communication it sends you that you may use to opt-out of any further such communications and provided that the functional unsubscribe facility complies with the Spam Regulations 2021 (Cth). By entering, you consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct of this competition.

(a) how to seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about you and seek correction of the information; and

(b)how to complain about a privacy breach and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint.

1 These Terms and Conditions incorporate and must be read together with the details outlined in the table above.  Information about prizes and how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions.  By entering, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
 

Entry

2 Your entry must be received during the Competition Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter.  If you return a Qualifying Purchase your entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion (unless the product is defective).  You will receive a return message confirming your entry.  The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks outside its reasonable control.  You are responsible for your own costs associated with entering.  If you enter using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/email addresses/addresses/aliases, you may be disqualified.  
 

Prizes

3 Prizes and all elements of prizes must be taken as specified, as and when offered and cannot be altered or changed in any way by you or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable.  If you forfeit the prize or any element of the prize for whatever reason, you will not be given cash or any alternative prize as a substitute. Prize/s are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter, including, as relevant:

(a) validity period/s;

(b) booking and availability of flights, accommodation and events;

(c) conditions of travel and conditions of entry into any event venues (including behaviour requirements, health and safety requirements and applicable dress codes);

(d) conditions of ticket validity and any restrictions on ticket on-sale or transfer; 

(e) travel dates and specified travel exclusion periods; 

(f) any additional fees (payable by you) relating to changes made by you/your companion to a travel/event prize after it has been booked; 

(g) the requirement to obtain all necessary documents to travel to any overseas location specified, including a current and valid passport and any visas required;

(h) a requirement to present your credit card when checking in to accommodation; and

(i) a requirement that any person taking the prize that is aged under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parent or guardian at all times.
 

4 You/your companion/s are responsible for all other unspecified costs related to the prize, including meals, transport, insurance (including excesses), in-room charges, additional taxes, mobile or data plans, etc.  Event tickets can only be used once and will be deemed invalid if copied.  The Promoter does not control entry to the relevant event location. The winner/s must keep their tickets safe and the Promoter will not replace lost or stolen tickets.  
 

5. The Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between you and any person with whom you choose to, or choose not to, share a prize.
 

6 Where relevant, the Promoter accepts no responsibility if one or more of the events or activities awarded as part of the prize are abandoned, called off or postponed for any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.  In that case you/your companion/s forfeit your entitlement to that event/activity and the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.  

General

7 Any material failure by you or (if applicable) your companion to comply with the conditions imposed by the prize supplier(s) may result in the prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the Promoter or the prize supplier(s). 
 

8 For event-based/travel prizes, you and (if applicable) your companion accept that some aspects of the prize may be inherently risky and that the prize may involve dangerous activities.  
 

9 If specified, in order to participate in the activity/activities awarded as part of the prize, you/your companion must comply with any applicable conditions (e.g. height, weight, health and fitness requirements).  You must ensure that you/your companion are healthy and fit enough to take the prize.  You/your companion must follow all requirements of the people responsible for managing the relevant activity/ies.  
 

10 You/your companion must, if required by the Promoter, sign disclaimer and release forms provided by the Promoter in favour of the Promoter and other parties before taking the prize.  If you or any companion/s do not sign, your entry will be deemed invalid and you will lose any entitlement to a prize. 
 

11 If you or your entry are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions materially including if the prize is on set dates and you are unable to take the prize on the relevant date/s, your entry (or at the Promoter's discretion, all of your entries) may be discarded.  The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter's reasonable satisfaction the validity of your entries and/or verifying your identity (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence and place of employment).  Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.
 

12 You must not:

(a) tamper with the entry process (including but not limited to manipulating the system via bots, script use, or any other means to circumvent the entry process);

(b) engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition;

(c) act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;

(d) do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this competition;

(e) breach any law; or

(f) behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.  
 

13 If companion/s can take the prize with you, you are responsible for your companion/s and the Promoter may disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, you or any of your companion/s if they materially breach these conditions, whether or not legally bound by them. 
 

14 If you (or your companion/s, if applicable), in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter (and/or a medical professional, as relevant to the circumstances), are intoxicated, under the influence of alcohol or any other drug, behave aggressively or offensively, or behave in a manner which may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or the agencies or companies associated with this competition, is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate, the Promoter may cancel the prize or restrict you (and your companion/s) from participating in any elements of the prize, at its discretion. 
 

15 The Promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control, including failure of any third parties to forward entry forms for inclusion in the draw, where relevant.
 

16 If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this competition or claiming a prize, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time.  In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this competition is final.

17 Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor redeemed for cash.  Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement.  The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST.  The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value.  You agree that if a prize (or element of a prize) is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities. 
 

18 By entering, you request that your full address not be published.
 

19 Printing and other quality control errors outside the Promoter’s control will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.  Every instant win prize claim in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured, unless the claim is rejected due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions.  
 

20 If this competition cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control (for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, government directives, a pandemic, public health orders and the like), the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the competition or disqualify affected entries/entrants, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities. 
 

21 The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from you winning a prize.  You should seek independent financial advice.  If for GST purposes this competition results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, you must follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
 

Liability

22 You may have consumer rights under statute including under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), which may be relevant to any issue or problem you encounter in relation to this competition and cannot be excluded or restricted.  Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts those rights.  See www.accc.gov.au for more information about those rights.
 

23 Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury (including allergies, skin conditions or other reactions, as relevant), illness or death suffered in connection with this competition or any prize, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law). 
 

24 Without limiting the previous paragraphs, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable for any loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of prize/s, or for any damage that occurs to displayed prize/s (where relevant), due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.  Unless otherwise specified, prize/s will only be delivered to addresses in Australia.

25 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.  You provide your information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform.  You completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability.
